The homestay keeper and owner are very friendly and helpful, the location is close to natural attractions, don't worry because you don't have a private vehicle because you are helped by finding a motorbike taxi to get around the tour and the prices are pocket friendly, homestay guests are guaranteed to be safe and comfortable, the toilets and rooms are clean, the atmosphere beautiful, soft mattress neat and fragrant.

The homestay is clean and beautiful. The bathroom and room are also clean. The TV can watch YouTube. It already feels like home. Haha... the AC is freezing cold

One of the homestays in Jogja on the top floor which is close to many big tourist attractions such as HeHa, De Mangol, Bukit Bintang, Watu Amben, Pengger Pine Forest, Tahura, Ancient Volcano and closer if you want to the beaches in Gunungkidul.Take an economical room, very spacious for 1 family... the air is cool, not hot even though you don't use AC (only a fan), the water is very fresh, lots of beautiful green trees.There is a place to chat with the family in the downstairs room, the shared kitchen is also spacious and you are free to cook whatever you want, the prayer room is also quite spacious, the mosque is not too far if you want to gather together.The owner is very friendly and cares about his customers, we were given many very satisfying facilities.In essence, Maryam Homestay is highly recommended, if there were 10 stars I would give it⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
