The next morning, I chose this hotel near Sapporo Station to take an early flight home. The front desk has fewer staff, perhaps due to automation. Amenities are the type where you take what you need, but they don't have razors and you can't get them unless you ask.The hot water in the public bath was too dirty with grime floating all over it. It seems that the supernatant is not circulating properly.I won't stay there again because it's not well maintained.

The price and breakfast were good. It's near Fuda Station, and it's a great place to catch the early morning express train to various parts of Hokkaido, and you can also eat breakfast there.

This hotel is very accessible from Sapporo Station. This hotel can be seen when you exit towards Daimaru Department Store and head towards JR INN.Although the hotel is generally like that, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean and nice. There was space to spread out two 26-inch suitcases and there was a desk so it was nice to put things away. The downside is that you can hear a noise when the train passes by, but this is something that can't be helped if you're close to the station, and it's not something that bothers you much.If you do not request room cleaning, you can bring two bottles of water instead, and disposable slippers are provided upon request in the lobby. There was a large bath and the breakfast was especially delicious. The rates are cheap, soThis is a hotel I would recommend if you stop by Sapporo.

I used it for an overnight stay on a trip to Hokkaido.Regarding customer service, everyone at the front desk is wonderful. When I met them or went out, they always greeted me with a smile, and I thought the atmosphere was nice.We stayed in a universal twin room (29㎡).Although it is said to be universal, there were a few things I thought about, such as the sink being small and not having enough space to put supplies, and the light switch being placed on one side of the bed. It is easier to read if you make the font larger. The public bath was quite different from what I had imagined. There are lockers in the corner, so if there are 2 or 3 people using them, you may have to wait. In the photo on the reservation site, there were chairs near the lockers and a place where we could wait, but in reality there were only 4 or 5 people and the changing room was overflowing. Maybe I shouldn't have high expectations since it's a business hotel, but I was considering staying at a hotel with a public bath, so this was a bit of a disappointment. However, the shower head is hard to find in other hotels, so I would like you to try it out.
