The location was a bit disappointing, but the room was bigger and better than expected and the breakfast was very good.

It wasn't bad. The location was close to the station, the service was good, and it was clean. The hot spring is small but nice! However, it was a twin room, but it was a bit narrow because it was full of beds, and the hair dryer was very dusty.

It's a pity that the drain in the large bath is clogged and doesn't drain, making it feel filthy.

Quite acceptable with an affordable price. I don't know if they just renovated it but I was pleased that it was clean. I stayed in a room with a double bed, it has everything you need to stay on a short trip.

The front desk is kind and courteous. Payment is prepaid and processed by machine. No welcome drink. Choose your amenities in the lobby. There are large public baths for men and women at the back of the first floor, and you will receive a PIN number required to enter. There is an indoor bath and an outdoor bath, and there are two pot baths in the outdoor bath. There are no scales or hair products in the changing room. There are 2 elevators. The 4th floor guest room is a spacious single room with almost everything you need, such as an air purifier, electric kettle, baggage rack, alarm clock, air conditioner, and memo paper. The only thing missing is a safe. There are two hangers. BS broadcasts can be viewed.Breakfast is Japanese and Western food for 800 yen and can be purchased on the day, but I overslept and couldn't eat it. Check out is at 10am.There are supermarkets such as LIFE and FRESCO nearby, and there are various places to eat. There is a large public bath, the rooms are clean and spacious, and it is a good hotel considering the location.I went to sleep after watching the Kanze school of Noh ``Miwa Senno'' (Shite: Kanze Seiwa Soke) at an invitation to NHK Classical Performing Arts. Stayed on September 29, 2024

A high-quality chain hotel with a large bathhouse. Stayed in a triple room (3 small beds) on weekdays in September 2024. The room is spacious, novel and stylish, clean and comfortable. The two single beds are larger (about 120 cm wide) and the other single bed is slightly smaller (about 100 cm wide). The bathroom, toilet and sink are designed in a separate manner, making it convenient for multiple people to use. Toothbrushes, toothpaste and other supplies must be picked up from the supplies area at the counter. Guests can use the large baths separated by men and women free of charge. Guest rooms are on the 2nd to 9th floors. Breakfast is a self-service buffet with good dishes but no fruit; the dining area is small and seems crowded.

It's a convenient location for business trips, and there are many pubs and restaurants nearby, so I don't have to worry about eating at night, which I think is really great. There is a lot of dust on the cable that connects to the back of the TV, so I would like them to improve the cleaning inside the room.

I think it was a mistake to arrive earlier than planned. The cleaning of the room I was shown to had not been completed and the deodorizing machine was running at full capacity, and when I tried to go to the front desk, the cleaning staff came in, making it difficult for me to exchange cleaning information with the front desk. I feel like it's sweet. (In the end, the room was changed)Also, when I checked in, I was told that I could become a member and use the benefit of checking out at 12:00, so I asked for that. The ledger that listed the room number that was being cleaned (or rather, the paper with the name and address written on it) had a memo saying 12:00, but due to the reasons mentioned above, the room was changed and I was told, ``This is worst, I'll be out at 12:00.'' That's not what I was getting across...But that's not true, I thought.''Then, on the day of check-out...the door was opened by the cleaning staff after the standard check-out time of 10:00, and the front desk informed me, "Check-out is at 10:00." .... Seriously? I thought. When I say, "I'm a member, so I'm asking for 12:00, but...""Sorry, I'll change it," was the response.I understand, but they said they would make some changes... They had been talking about checking in and checking out at 12:00, but I was confused.By the way, the 2-night plan with breakfast was the cheapest, so I booked it, but I still couldn't get a single breakfast ticket that I was told could get at the front desk. I didn't apply because I had no intention of using it, but...

For this price and location, I was very satisfied with the large communal bath and the variety of breakfast options. All of the front staff were kind and courteous. There was a shower when I checked out, and I was hesitant about dashing to the nearest bus stop, but they quickly understood the situation and kindly lent me an umbrella, which I was grateful for.

I think it is very stable as a business hotel. The rooms and services are better than the price. There is also a large public bath on the first floor, making it a business hotel where you can relieve your fatigue. There are power cords in the bed, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so there are no inconveniences.Beds are generally a little hard, so you may have some preferences. There is not much parking, but there is no problem with coin parking nearby.
