Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. There was a hot spring bath in the room, but we also used the large communal bath. The hallways were all carpeted with tatami, which was comfortable for me. The only disappointing point was that the door at the entrance to the room was thin, and I could clearly hear the voices of people passing through the hallway.

Thank you for taking care of us on a family trip with a toddler. It was a very relaxing stay. Most of the floors in the building are tatami (I was surprised that even the baths were tatami!) and there were no steps, so even with young children I was able to spend a comfortable and safe time there. The room is clean and has a calming atmosphere. There are many types of bathtubs in the large public bath, and you will end up taking a long bath. It's also nice to be served ice cream after taking a bath. All the dishes were delicious and had a Japanese feel. You'll feel full and satisfied both at night and in the morning. For dinner and breakfast, I felt that there was room for improvement in small areas such as how to guide people to the dining hall and the behavior of the staff, but overall it was a wonderful accommodation. There were a lot of Japanese staff, but there was one who was Korean, and he was very friendly and personable, which left an impression on me.This hotel is recommended for those staying in Jozankei!

There was a Korean male employee, and he kept talking to me as if he was happy to see Koreans. He also revealed his TMI.He was extremely kind to Japanese people, but to Koreans like me and my group, he treated me like a friend. He kept talking to me even while I was eating. It was more than a burden, it was painful. I thought he was pretending to eat. From that employee, Uekaramesen... You would have a hard time talking without me, right? I felt exactly this way. Actually, I know very little Japanese, so the employee was ridiculous and annoying. Even if you don't speak Japanese, in this day and age where voice translation is available, it's convenient to have a Korean employee, so there shouldn't be a problem..ㅠㅠKorean customers are customers like Japanese customers, not friends. Stay safe and change your attitude.

As soon as I arrived at the inn, I felt that it was a good inn because of the excellent customer service of the person in charge of the parking lot. The service, customer service, food, and cleanliness of the accommodation are all perfect. There are a lot of people from overseas, but it doesn't bother me. It made my first time in Hokkaido a great memory. I definitely want to go again.
