The system was to take a shuttle bus from Exit 1 of Odori Station (be sure to reserve in advance on the website!) to the main building and then to our hotel at 3 o'clock. After looking around the neighborhood, we went straight to our hotel. The staff were very kind and helped me carry my luggage from the main building and were very kind. The staff member was so pretty and friendly that I wanted to ask her name, but I forgot.Dinner was really delicious and I highly recommend eating it. The lounge was nice and the happy hour cocktails were very delicious. I was impressed by my grandfather's kind response and would like to meet him again. The hot springs are so good that I want to go there in spring, summer, fall, and winter.A minibar is also included, and there are plenty of beer, sake, and drinks, and they refill when you finish, so there was no need to stop by the convenience store. The staff were so friendly that I was impressed.♡

Best hotel experience ever, everyone was super nice and friendly. The private onsen in our room was also crazy pretty with the little garden out the back. There was also unlimited cocktails from the bar which was very pleasant. We left while it was raining with no umbrella so the manager also gifted us an umbrella each to keep us safe from the rain. It was very sweet of him.Our room had two onsens, one indoor and one outdoor. The extra price for an outdoor onsen room is super worth.

It is a ryokan with a quiet atmosphere. There are many famous and large ryokans nearby, but this is the best for a quiet rest.Because the number of rooms was small, I rented the hot spring by myself. All the staff are friendlyAmong them, I would like to thank Asumi-san for helping me check in. I experienced the greatest kindness. It's a shame I couldn't see it when I checked out.I had a good rest

Not recommended for people with disabilities. It was a filial trip to my elderly mother. There were many stairs in the hotel, so it was difficult to get to the public bath and restaurants. If I asked, a staff member would take me there in a wheelchair, but my mother was horrified and said, ``We're sorry for causing trouble. We're sorry you had to be with an elderly person.''One of the two large public baths is not wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair users must use the road outside the hotel to access the bath in the annex, so you cannot access it on rainy or snowy days. All the staff were kind and did their best to help, but they no longer had the purpose of making my mother happy. The food and interior are wonderful, and I think it's a hotel that anyone without foot problems can really enjoy.

Absolute perfection. I think there were only 17 units in the whole place, we had two rooms - my parents had the in-room sauna and huge onsen tub, and my husband and I had our own regular room. The welcome was very personalized, seated in the lobby area (there is not a check in counter per se) where you are welcomed with tea and a local sweet treat. Then walked to your room (each room has a Japanese name, with a special meaning. Each floor represents a different season) and thorough introduction.Dinner and breakfast were served in an individual room (we arranged for my parents and our room to be the same) where we had a server felt as though was dedicated to us. Food is amazing. Service was even better. They had noted my dad’s 75th birthday at check in, and surprised us with a group photo followed by having it framed, signed by the workers, and a beautiful handwritten note for breakfast. Everything was so, so thoughtful. We were on a 14 day driving trip across Hokkaido so we stayed at a lot of onsen ryokan, but this was our favorite.

Women in particular should avoid going to the public baths, as there are no surveillance cameras and it is impossible to confirm the facts. Also, if you run into any trouble, you can't expect a sincere response, so it's best to go with that in mind.I went to the public bath first thing in the morning, but as I was leaving, a man came in. Even though I saw him through the door, I put my hand on the door, so I hurriedly ran into the sauna. It was very scary. When I looked outside a few minutes later, the man was gone. There were only slippers in the changing room.I was scared so I put on my clothes and went back to my room without wiping myself. The hotel's response after that was terrible. After contacting the front desk, I waited for about 50 minutes, but I didn't hear anything, so when I contacted the front desk again,・When I went to the men's bathhouse, there were two men there. I didn't hear the story・There are no surveillance cameras in the hallway of the public bath, so we can't investigate.・Waiting for instructions from aboveThat's what he said.I couldn't believe there were no surveillance cameras.I didn't want to run into this guy at breakfast, so I decided to decline breakfast and check out immediately. When I informed them of this, they responded coldly and said, ``Even if you cancel breakfast, the price will not change, is that okay?''When I left the hotel, he apologized, but when I expressed my opinion that it would be better to install an audio guide at the entrance to the public bath.``Just in case, we have given you a paper guide,'' he said.Well, I'm saying this because it's like this...I saw that information paper too, so I know.I told you that it would be a good idea to install surveillance cameras as well...I will never go to a hotel in this chain again, and Jozankei has a bad impression on me.It is very painful to think that I will be reminded of this scary and unpleasant experience every time I travel from now on.The room was very nice with a large indoor bath. I was also happy that there were plenty of towels and bathrobes. There was mold growing on the air conditioner vent.I noticed that the person bringing the meal opened the sliding door with his foot. Also, I couldn't decide on the size of the rice, so when I asked how many grams it was, they didn't seem to know. The meal was delicious with abalone soup, button shrimp, and simmered dishes. The public bath did not have a view or a garden, so there was nothing to see.It seems that any number of bottles of alcohol in the room are free.Cocktails at the lounge bar are also free (some charges apply). The bartender is unfriendly. There was hardly any chatter before I was shown to my room and it gave me a cold impression. There was no service to carry luggage on the way back.
