Beautiful hotel with a great view. We went at the peak of the summer and can imagine this to be a real cosy hotel in the winter. The rooms are very clean and updated. Free-use of the laundry room, there are two washers and dryers. Everything you could need is in the room, the kitchenette was really useful. Convenient location with a Lawson down the road and lots of attractions within a short drive. Parking is a bit tricky as the few spaces next to the hotel are filled very quickly, there is a gravel space to park a minute or so walk away. However, at night it is really dark there and makes things a bit trickier. That car park also gets full fast. Overall it was a pleasant stay, the staff were incredibly thoughtful and really made our stay.

Overall , our experience staying here even on the first day , we feel so cozy , at home and grateful for all necessary stuff provided in the bathroom, kitchen and the laundry service .It will be added benefits if shoe horn , more long mirrors are provided in the bed room .And provide bigger pan. Thank you

We had a great time here, nothing to complain. The room, all facilities , kitchen equipment are modernized clean and ready for use. Hospitality of all staff is so so nice, very helpful. Strongly recommended to visit.

BE WARNED, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Dishonest and disgusting practices. Be warned that if you book this hotel they can and will one sidedly try to DOUBLE your room rate and if you refuse, they will cancel your confirmed reservation at short notice (they informed us 24h before), several months after we confirmed our reservation, with NO compensation or replacements. Basically nothing. Finding another replacement hotel at short notice meant we had to pay an exorbitant price, which is unfair considering we had originally booked our hotel months earlier to avoid a last minute expensive hotel booking. We sent them multiple messages and emails only for them to reply that their terms and conditions allow them to cancel bookings at their own preference with no compensation.They do not have the honour of Japanese people. Deeply disappointed. You would be safer booking elsewhere unless you want to risk ruining your holiday 😕

We made a booking of a one bedroom suite to stay for 5 nights as I have wanted to get away from the city life and relax in the room as while being pregnant. My husband wrote in a request to ask for quiet room and high floor.However we were given a room at the second level (not even middle floor) facing the road without a view and the afternoon sun is not warranting us to sit by the balcony. It gets noisy with the vehicles that are right below us.Just wondering if this is what they do to guests who are paying more and staying longer with them during off peak season? Clearly this is a bad management on their side. We raised the request but they do not seem to even want to try.Please avoid this place.

Fenix Furano deserves all the 5 star reviews! Communication is super easy for foreigners as most of their staff speaks very fluent English. Staff is very friendly and they go out of their way way to celebrate our honeymoon with us ! Thanks for the team for making us feel so welcomed and providing us with a great home away from home experience! I will definitely revisit in winter and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Furano (in any season)!

Do not book early unless you're prepared for cancellations close to dates if prices go up. Not a trustworthy place and bringing shame to Japanese hospitality.

New and modern hotel that’s conveniently situated opposite the Kitanomine gondola. This would have been a perfect stay if not for the fact that their concierge Jewel Gomez is totally unresponsive once you’ve booked services through them. We booked ski/snowboard lessons and received no details on what to do on the day of the lesson leading to a 1-hour delay and precious time lost on expensive private lessons. The hotel staff was also unhelpful and we had to sort things out ourselves. Also it’s unbelievable that in this day and age the hotel restaurant does not accept credit cards or ApplePay especially when dinners can cost several hundred dollars. All in all, this could be a five star stay if some kinks were ironed out.

Primarily a ski hotel, however operates as excellent place for a summer vacation in Furano area. The positive side is the location (you have the view of literally right next to the ski slope), and the balconies allow you to have a coffee with a great view. The beds were large and comfy, and the showers were hot and powerful.The negative is their room cleaning service, they do it every two-day, and I found they only changed towels and just left used coffee mugs there.

Right next to the skii lift, the rooms are remarkably comfortable and big and has everything you need, the staff is friendly and helpful , its new and the style is very modern, the room view is beautiful.
