The room is large, but the toilet and washroom are in one, so it's small. Since the room is large, it would be better to have a separate toilet. In the morning, I called the front desk to request that supplies be brought over, but I was told that the staff would not be available until after 9:00, so I couldn't help. The service is mediocre and the hotel is completely aimed at foreigners, so people who expect the same service as a Japanese hotel should not stay there. I won't be staying here again in the future.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. If you want a view, it seems possible if you pay a price. ||Since it was a cheap room, I was disappointed that it didn't have a bathtub. …

The price-performance ratio is high, because there are discounts, the price is cheaper, the 4-person room is large, the room is clean, there is a public laundry room, there are many drinks in the room, there are also bread and fruits, and a dishwasher. It's just that the water pipe is easy to spray water around and the frying pan is not well maintained. The parking lot is small

I come to Niseko to ski in the winter, but these places are expensive and it's difficult for me to stay there for a long time, so I stayed in a suite in the summer. In the summer, it's unbelievably cheap, and you can get such a spacious and beautiful room at such a low price! ! ? ? My family and I were surprised. However, it has just opened and this is the first summer business, so it looks like the prices will go up a little from next year. That's what he said. . I was relieved that the staff who seemed like people were honest with me about this area lol.Although the room is very spacious, it is a bit disappointing that there is no bathtub or shared large communal bath, but I feel that it was designed for foreigners.I had the impression that the hotel staff's ability to explain facilities and communicate was minimal, but that doesn't mean they were bad; they responded politely to any questions we asked, and the smiling faces of the foreign cleaning staff The bow was also a pleasant one.Above all, the food and service of the restaurant on the first floor, The Flats. It was super comfortable.I only stayed for one night, but I wish I could have stayed longer.

Good service, with Thai employees providing service. The room is very big, very good. It's a ski resort (but be careful in the summer, some rooms don't have air conditioning, so you have to make a reservation. But that day the staff changed it for me without any additional cost. Feeling grateful for the service

We stayed in a penthouse with a view of Mt. Yotei. The majestic scenery of Mt. Yotei and its foothills can be seen from every room in the penthouse, refreshing your soul. …

The hotel environment was not bad, there were free drinks, and the staff was kind and pleasant.||But unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the hotel, so it was extremely hot. …
