The service level is higher than other affiliated hotels such as Route Inn.When I was confused to check the parking lot at the time of check-in, they immediately called out to me, which was very helpful. There is no public bath like Route Inn or APA.The buffet breakfast was also very delicious😋The structure of the hotel is in the shape of a katakana ``ro'' character, and the lobby is an atrium, but since there is a ceiling, it is not an open-air bath. The atrium looking down from the top floor, the 14th floor, was spectacular. This is a hotel that I would like to stay at again when I come to Sapporo.

It was my first trip to Hokkaido and I wasn't sure where to go, but I decided to go here because the food was well-received. The morning buffet included grilled meat, Hokkaido risotto chowder, and other delicious Hokkaido food, so I was very satisfied! I ate so much in the morning that I didn't even need lunch (lol) Odori Park is right in front of me, so there's a great view. Eating while watching was great. The room was simple and clean. We will use you again.

The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. While the hotel has a grand appearance, the room itself felt somewhat outdated.

I was on a business trip during a snow festival, so I decided to look for one near Odori Park and use it.The room faced the atrium, so there was no view or sunlight, but the room itself was quite satisfactory. The fittings and furniture are clean.Separate bath and toilet. The water zone and bed zone can be separated by a door. The bathroom is also clean. No limescale or mold. The wash basin is inside the room and it is spacious. There are a lot of hangers (about 6).There are enough outlets. There is an ice machine and microwave on the 12th floor, as well as a water server. If I had to say it, I don't even have bottled mineral water. It would be perfect if I always had a bottle to take home from the water server. Also, I think it's due to individual differences in the room, but the USB-A port near the bed was loose and I couldn't charge it.It's a long way from Odori Station and Sapporo Station, but if the Snow Festival or Susukino is your destination, I think you'll be satisfied with the location!※※※※※I made a repeat visit! This is my second time using it in July, following winter. This time I was accompanied by my daughter.I'm staying on the last Friday of July, so the cost of accommodation, including the surrounding area, has skyrocketed (;o;), but I can't help it. . .When I checked in, I discovered that I had made a mistake in booking a smoking room. I was told that the non-smoking room was fully booked, so I went to the room worried about what I would do if it smelled like cigarettes. When I checked in, I was told that I had been upgraded. this is…. Is it a so-called deluxe twin? The room is very spacious, each bed is a comfortable size, there is even a sofa, and there is a sink for two people. The toilet and bath are separate.Mineral water is also provided and there is even a coffee server. Thanks to your thoughtfulness, I was able to get excited about my trip and had an enjoyable stay!Thank you very much for this time! !

There are many cheap and comfy hotels in Sapporo, but this is not one of them... The price they charge is outrageous and the room is the worst I've experienced in Japan.Last time here I stayed one block away in a hotel that was half the price but five times as good... so just avoid this place.

Great location where you can reach many tourist spots in a short time. The hotel is large-scale and the room is pretty cozy. Language barrier could be a problem if you don’t speak Japanese. If you’re not a native speaker, I strongly recommend you reach Morifuji Ryohei, who offers excellent services.
