I stayed the night because I was curious.I booked early because it was close to the station, so it was reasonably priced.I was able to stayI can't say it's more than the price, but it's good value for money

I used it for Obon.The location is close to Higashi-Sapporo Station and Aeon is next door, so it was a very good location for me who uses public transportation and eats in my room.The room was large enough to accommodate a 75L suitcase. The key is a type that opens the key box with a PIN number and a regular key, which is a bit unusual, but I think it's nice to be able to go out without having to take the key with you. However, regarding the toilet, as mentioned in other reviews, there is a hot water flush, but I couldn't find a function to warm the toilet seat. (As for the unit bath in the room, it feels a little old, but personally I didn't find it inconvenient.)Regarding Wifi, although it has an encryption function, the radio wave sensitivity was low depending on the location. The line speed sometimes felt a little slow, but it didn't make me feel uncomfortable. (It was possible to bring your own FireTV.)Even during Obon, the price was low and I was able to use it without any inconvenience.

- Right across the subway station (super easy to get to)- Check-in is automated and has service in English.- I don't think this is regular, but the bathroom smelled slightly of cigarettes. Manager was very apologetic.- There is a sauna (?) in the hotel by reservation; I didn't get a chance to check it out.

The location is good, right next to Aeon, right from Higashi-Sapporo subway station. The price was cheap and all the conditions were met, but the room I stayed in smelled like smoke and was the worst. I managed to survive by turning the air purifier to maximum when I was awake, but when I went to bed I covered my head with a futon.

Access: Exit Higashi-Sapporo Station and it's on the right.There is an AEON train between the station and the hotel, which is convenient.It closes at 11pm, so it's a little tricky to stop by on your way home from playing in Susukino.The nearest convenience store is FamilyMart.Basically, it is unmanned and check-in is done using a tablet.Luggage storage before check-in is available at the front desk.Can be stored in lockers and wire locks.As for the room, the plumbing is showing its age.The bedroom has been beautifully renovated.The problem was that the air conditioning was a centralized type, and it was during the cooling period.Even with low airflow, it gets freezing cold. I wanted one more step...I didn't go in, but apparently they have a good sauna.If you like it, I think it would be a good idea to stay there once.

Higashi Sapporo Station is right in front of you. It's in a very convenient location as you can also shop at Aeon.Although it was reasonably priced at just under 5,000 yen per night, we were able to spend quality time there.I would like to come back again when I have something to do in Sapporo.

An average hotel. The male front desk staff was a bit stern, while the female staff were very friendly. Parking is limited and costs ¥1,000 per night. If you return too late, there might be no available parking spots, but you can park at the Aeon parking lot or find other parking options a few minutes’ walk away at a cheaper price.

The bed was clean and the room was good.Is the bath the same as before? There is a crack in the bathtub...Even the faucet is retro...The refrigerator in the room was also not working.It's close to the station, so it's recommended for those coming by train, but if you're coming by car...The partnership below is too small in number to be a success.There are places nearby, but they are expensive and require some walking.Reservations are required for women in the sauna.

I used it on a business trip!It's a short walk from Higashi-Sapporo Station, and there's an Aeon store next door that's open until late, so it's convenient because you can buy something for dinner.It's nice that it has a sauna!

I searched Google Maps and found a cheap business hotel relatively close to my parents' house (40 minutes walk). It's excellent value for money and is adjacent to the Tozai Subway Station and Aeon Mall, so it's your first choice for your next stay in Sapporo. If you stay for consecutive nights, the SDGs require cleaning once every 3 nights and changing linen and slippers (towels are changed every day), so it may not be suitable for people who are particular about cleanliness, but we do provide a refrigerator, electric kettle, deodorizing spray, etc. There is a sauna for guests only, so the sauna is worth a lot of points. We do not recommend this as ordinary Sapporo tourists will probably look for hotels near Odori, Susukino, and Sapporo stations. There is no individual air conditioning that allows you to adjust the heating and cooling to your preference, there is no telephone in the room, so you cannot contact the front desk from the room, there is no safety deposit box, no free green tea or bottled water (there is instant coffee, but there is no sugar Personally, I think it's the ultimate minimalist business hotel with excellent value for money (no powdered coffee cream). Although it's probably not for tourists, it was a great hotel for me.

The hotel seems to have been renovated and the room was clean, but the bathroom was small and there were stains on the ceiling, making it look a little old. The height of the washbasin and faucet are not the same, so even if you try to adjust the height, water will splash a lot, so be careful. Also, the toilet seat is cold. It might be nice in the summer, but not in the winter. Amenities include toothbrush set, razor, and brush.There was a kettle and cups available, but no glasses. There is a USB port and outlet next to the bed. There are outlets in two other locations.The room key was a cylinder, but there was no need to leave it at the front desk when going out.There are 3 drum-type washing machines behind the stairs next to the entrance. Recently, more and more hotels are installing this type of washing machine, and you can clean the inside of the tank before using it, which is useful when staying for a long time.There is an AEON store next to the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. Since Rokkatei is inside, you can also buy small souvenirs. There was a taxi stop in front of Aeon, and it cost 830 yen to get to the Kitaeru entrance.The hotel's parking lot is not free, but is a paid parking lot operated by another company. The fee for guests is 1000 yen per night.Even considering the negative points about the bathroom, it was a good hotel overall as it was close to the station and reasonably priced.

The rooms are old but cheap so it's okay. Although it is close to Higashi-Sapporo Station, the location of Higashi-Sapporo itself is questionable. Well, it's cheap so it's good. Since there are few sauna users after 23:00, one set can be reserved for private use.

There are also charging facilities.The hotel parking lot is limited to 1.7m or less.It's close to the station and Aeon is nearby, so you won't have any trouble shopping for food. The double rooms are spacious and relaxing. I was glad I could concentrate on my work for a week.The parking lot is a few minutes walk away, and is very cheap, at 600 yen for 24 hours and 800 yen for 48 hours. There are also EV charging facilities.The hotel's parking lot is only for cars under 1.7m

7,000 yen for 2 nights, a brand new large room with a double bed and a sauna, and a great location, 1 minute walk from the subway.In Sapporo city, even older hotels had prices that rose to around 4,000 yen during the off-season, so it was a relief.The air conditioner is not an air conditioner, but a vent, which makes it very hot in the summer and winter.

There is underground parking, but it is competitive. The system requires you to check in before parking, but the road right in front of it is very busy.There is no place to temporarily store it in front of the hotel, so I don't know what to do.
