I don't want to give even one star.Even though there was a cleaning fee of 20,000 yen in addition to the accommodation fee, the room was very dirty. The floor was so dirty that my socks were dirty.Didn't the manager here learn how to clean in elementary school? Even though there were guests inside, they unlocked the front door and came in with their shoes on without any notice.Did you know the floor was dirty lol?We were separated for overnight stays and day trips, but a few people showed up to ask for a penalty fee because they were late, but I'm a law student, you idiot. I didn't go to university, you idiot. I got yelled at a lot. There were other reviews saying that the quality of the accommodation and the service were poor, but they were completely correct. In fact, it was more than that.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb like this.Honestly, I don't even want to give one star. The location is not bad as it is near a convenience store. It's far from the station and there's a slope.I was directed to book on the host's site instead of Airbnb's.Hosts have responded to negative reviews on Airbnb, calling them fake reviews. If you want to make a reservation, you might be better off using Airbnb. There are surveillance cameras both outside and inside the entrance, so I don't feel safe.always being watched. If the breaker tripped, the labor charge would be 4,000 yen. It's locked. I could repair the breaker myself. The amenities were left behind by previous guests. Shampoos, body soaps, and other items are collected.Shampoo and other items were kept separately in the bathroom.Did you salvage the sofa from the dump? There's no cushion inside, so it feels like you're sitting on the skeleton inside. As stated on the website, all the rooms are available for use, but the rooms are locked so that only the number of people can use the beds. The room cannot be called clean. There are lots of spider webs and dead insects.Ants are also invading, and there are a lot of ants. There's some kind of scum on the sheets, and the diatomaceous earth mat in the bathroom is dirty and doesn't absorb water.I got a sty when I stayed here. Both the pot and kettle are dirty. It's oily and has some kind of residue on it.I wonder why it's so unhygienic even though they charge cleaning fees.I went to work here and there was a Wi-Fi environment, but I couldn't connect at all.I couldn't work, so I had to go out.Not welcoming guests.I don't know what happened in the past, but can I trust the guests? You're in business because you want people to stay, right?

The room prepared for 5 men and women was a bed-only room with no private space. When I requested to use another room, I received a strong email reply. They treated me kindly until I paid.I checked the internet environment in advance because I wanted to use it for work, but it wasn't at a level where I could actually work.By the time I got to the second floor, my cell phone's Wi-Fi was disconnected. The towels that are kept are at a level where you don't know how long they have been used.It was a shame that the accommodation was not worth the price🥲

Firstly, it is expensive.. I have stayed for much less - in downtown areas, where the hosts actually cared about us..Staying here felt like we are goats, which the host just wants to milk for money..Chairs are shaky, you can fall down anytime, so you have to be very cautious while seated.. the only thing better than shaky chairs is a floor-level sofa which is only bones and no cushion.. the bones stick right into ur body.. but atleast you can’t fall down like the chairs..Oh and no hot water in the sink for brushing..Hot water in shower is as slow as a trickle..Poor wifi, hardly works, had to go outside in the city to do my work and come back at night.. only used for sleeping, and that too the sheets, even glasses and pots and pans were icky.. (got myself plastic cups from supermarket to pour water/drinks)Oh and they have cameras aswell, which was scary.. but then noticed in their brochure saying “we are always watching you”.. and will charge you for any wrongdoing.. ttttACTUALffffWe wanted to do BBQ here, but seeing how maniacal things are, we dropped the idea.. heck if you use too much electricity and the circuit breaker trips, they want you to pay 4000JPY just for the host to come fix it (because, they have put a lock on the breaker.. —- yes so that u cant just do it urself, maybe it is broken, maybe they just want the money)they do not trust their guests, just want to make money from you, felt watched and unwelcomed.. Make this place make sense..Trust me, this is not how you make money in hospitality business.. if the guests feel abused for money..Oh and the location.. from the nearest station, requires a long uphill walk (both ways).. nah but tbh, the place feels like a middle aged working person is running an airbnb for their grandparentsGood luck

My Worst airbnb experience ever. The place was smelly. No padding on the sofa. Chairs are broken. So many insects including big spiders. Very unwelcoming environment.
