We spent 3 nights in the rooms of Casa Sorriso. The rooms were clean
I would give 4 stars or more. The communication with the owner was difficult. Communication only by e-mail and NOT by phone is difficult abroad. No contact person is on site and can help with any questions. Thats not cool.

This type of accommodation is a one-room apartment. There was also an elevator! Only towels and shampoo were provided. There are almost no other amenities, so you have to prepare everything yourself. You can check in by yourself using a tablet. I think people who are staying for a long time or who are used to traveling will find it very comfortable!

This is an apartment type hotel.The passcode for the door key will be sent to you via email, so you won't see anyone from check-in to check-out. Amenities included towels. Although it is unclear whether they are always provided, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish detergent & sponges, and tableware are also available, so you can feel at home. The facility was very clean as it was a new building. Of course the toilet is a washlet. I think it depends on the time of year, but I think it's reasonably priced if you stay with multiple people.

Aside from the awkward check-in process, this is a very convenient living space. The kitchen and bathroom equipment are fully equipped and brand new and clean. The convenience store is very close, just on the next street. It would be better if the check-in password and room number could be notified in advance.

The room was like an AirB property, which was a waste for a single person to stay in. Both the entrance and the room have electronic locks and are quite nice and comfortable.
