Like the other reviews, the breakfast and hot springs are nothing to say about it.The comfort of the futon is exquisite and you can sleep soundly until the morning.If you're going to stay at a hotel near Hakodate Station, you should go a little farther and stay here.

It feels like a long-established hotel with a sense of history.The room was a beautiful, renovated room.I didn't eat breakfast both days because it was a hassle to get up.There is a parking lot for about 50 cars next door and in the back, so it might be enough.The hot spring was nice with an open-air bath.I was disappointed that the slippers in the room were green and looked like vinyl toilet slippers. I think this would be much better if it were made in a Japanese style, such as a Japanese style.Also, the customer service is amateurish and old-fashioned.For example, in the morning, there was a person next to me who was checking out, and they were demanding 273,000 yen out loud, so what? 270,000 for two people? That's what I heard.It is a good idea to treat customers with consideration for their privacy. Even when handing over the keys, please refrain from saying the room number out loud. Also, when I borrowed a charging cable, I was strongly told to bring it along with the key when checking out, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. I'm not even a poor person, so I won't take it! and. LOL Also, when you check in or check out, older men line up and greet you in loud voices, but it doesn't feel intimidating at all. It would be nice if she looked low, but she's so confident and strong that it's tiring to watch.It's fine if it's a female proprietress or a young staff member, but what do you think about these days when people who look like they're over 60 line up and greet each other in a loud voice?Is it having the opposite effect when they're here to feel good? I also felt that it was.It also happened that I needed to wear a mask for about an hour, so I asked the front desk if I could get a disposable mask, and a confident, elderly staff member told me to buy a mask at the store.I said, ``Well, I don't have anything until I buy it,'' and he gave me a used mask. Surprised. lol sweatOf course I bought it at a convenience store!It was a hotel where there were many fun things to do. I think it's a good hotel for the price.I'll bother you again.The Hewitt Hotel has opened nearby, and the customer service and system here are excellent, so I hope you will find it helpful.I have been staying at hotels for 17 years, about 130 days a year, so I think I have a good eye for hotels and staff, so please use this as a reference!

It was a quiet place to stay in Hakodate. There is also a stop right in front where you can take the streetcar. There is a hot spring inside the hotel, so you can take a bath in the morning and evening. One drawback is that it is located a bit far from Motomachi and Akarenka Warehouse, which are sightseeing spots in Hakodate. But, I was satisfied. There are bed-style rooms, but I chose a tatami room and it was nice that they set up mattresses and blankets every evening. For parking, there is a separate parking lot next to the hotel, so you can park and walk.

When I travel, I have a travel notebook written for me, and when I asked for it, the manager said she would write it for me, and a few minutes later, it was delivered directly to my room. At other hotels, it is given to you when you check out, so I was surprised at how it was handled for the first time! The handwriting was so skillful that I was happy!

We have visited Hanabishi Hotel many times, and this time we made a reservation mistake and mistakenly assumed that the plan included two meals even though we had booked a plan without breakfast.We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you very much for changing your plan.This time, for the purpose of Yukura Shrine's festival, we had a magnificent mikoshi come to the hotel for 2 nights and 3 days, and we had a performance of kagura performed in the lobby, which we enjoyed until the last day of the festival. I could feel the sense of unity in the town and how your company truly values Yunokawa Onsen.The food was also consistently delicious. My husband and I are big fans of beef stew...we like it so much that we want to eat beef stew in a bowl without any other side dishes (lol)As for the facilities, there was toilet paper floating in the bathtub of the women's open-air bath on the first floor, probably because there were so many guests staying at the hotel. So, this time I went to the observation bath on the 7th floor several times. This place was empty and I entered slowly.Afterwards, I cleaned the room, and there was a lot of dust on the lid of the container that I used to throw away the tea leaves in... I guess people don't use it that much... but I wish I could wipe it even if I don't use it... It's always perfect. That part was a little disappointing.That said, it was a good trip that made me realize how much your company and everyone at Yunokawa Onsen value Yukura Shrine.I'll visit you again❗

This was the only inn where you could get Detective Conan stamps, so I stayed there for that purpose, and I was very satisfied with everything. The food was delicious, the hospitality was wonderful, the hot springs were nice, the rooms were nice, and everything was great. thank you very much!

This is a hotel that welcomes children and has a great price for children, making it the perfect hotel for families to stay.★There were different dinner menus for elementary school students and toddlers, and there were menus that children would like ^_^Also, if you make a reservation in advance and let us know of any allergies, we will change you to a different menu.In addition, it is a half-buffet style where you can enjoy dessert and rice and miso soup as you like.Breakfast is also delicious with a typical Hakodate menu (^^)Beautifully renovated roomsThere are 2 bathsThe garden bath was quaint and awesome!!

Although the hotel is old, it honestly didn't bother me.And the staff service that makes up for it is probably just doing the obvious things, but it's pretty good for this class. My impression is that employee training is thorough, and that the staff who put this training into practice are very proactive.I think I will probably use it again.

Thank you for taking care of 3 families.The room was spacious and the toilet and washroom were separated, so I felt relaxed and at home.It was a great dinner where you could enjoy the taste of a long-established restaurant.This is a hotel that I would definitely like to visit again.

I stayed for one night on July 10th. The breakfast on the 11th was delicious, but the hair crab I ordered on the 10th was dry and there was no miso at all, which was disappointing as I had high expectations. The dining area was also quite far from the room, which was a pain for elderly people. However, I feel like I was able to leave comfortably because of the manager's response when I checked out.When placing a special order, wouldn't it be kinder to decline the order if you are unsure about it? I think.

I am traveling with my disabled elderly mother who uses a wheelchair.There are many hotels and hot springs in Hakodate, but Hanabishi is the only one that has a barrier-free room.The room was a barrier-free room with an open-air bath, and a simple bed was placed in the Japanese-style room.The toilet, bathroom, and sink from the entrance were spacious, so even a wheelchair user could enjoy the stay.When I asked the front desk if they could lend me one chair for the nursing care bath, I was told that they did not have one. The bath chair in the room is too low to sit on. However, when I went to the public bath later, I found that there was a nursing chair in the public bath! I wish I had that chair in my room, I thought after giving my mother a bath.The open-air bath in the room is large and can accommodate about 4 people. The temperature was just right and I was able to go in many times.In addition to us staying in a room with an open-air bath, there was also a companion who stayed in a regular room, and we had asked in advance over the phone that we would like to share the meal venue with them.The meals in our room and the meals in the regular room seemed to be different, so we were told that we would divide the total amount to get the average meal (I wonder if it would be a little higher in rank than the meals in the regular room? ) It seems like the meals in the regular room have changed...It wasn't a menu that seemed to rank up in some way. Are we the only ones who are ranked down?I feel a little unconvinced.There was nothing particularly delicious about dinner.The dinner venue was so close to other guests that it was noisy and there were no partitions, so I couldn't hear the staff's explanations. I thought it would be better to have a simple partition.Breakfast was a buffet, but each room had its own seat, so we were able to eat in peace. I used it with my wife and child.My child just turned 4 years old and is in the 3-year-old class at nursery school.Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this was my first sleepover outside of my home.For the first time in my life, I took a bath at the same time as someone other than my family.First hot springFirst open-air bathSleep in a room other than your first bed (sleep on a futon)It was my first time doing it all.The room was also spacious and relaxing.My child had so much fun and was so excited the entire time.Dinner was delicious and quite filling!My stomach was pretty full.We prepared a variety of dishes for the children and they ate them happily.Also, since I had a child with me when I was eating, I was asked to sit by the window at a distance from the general public, which was nice.Although it was a bit disappointing as it was raining right around the time, my son was also overjoyed when he saw a plane landing at Hakodate Airport pass directly above the hotel.It was nice to be able to see planes because their entry route can be in the opposite direction depending on the direction of the wind.The next day, we had breakfast and had a buffet that filled us up with a variety of delicious food.I was also happy to see the salmon roe pickled in soy sauce.When I was about to go home, my child said, ``Let's stay overnight and take a hot spring!''
