The location is great. It is located almost behind Aeon, and Kotoni subway station is across from Aeon, so access to the center is easy. The building and rooms were clean and check-in was easy. Next time I come back to Sapporo, I will be staying for a long time, so I would like to stay here again.There are a few disappointing points. I stayed for 3 nights, but there was only enough drip coffee in the room for 2 cups, so on the morning of the 2nd day, 2 adults drank it and that was it. Room service (cleaning, coffee replenishment, etc.) is only available for guests staying for 4 consecutive days or more, and it seems that the staff will only come in on the 4th day, so it would be a good idea to have drip coffee prepared in the room in advance for the number of nights you stay. I thought it was okay. There are towels etc. on the first floor where you can exchange them for new ones yourself, so there is no problem there. Also, I was thankful that there was a washing machine, but when I opened the lid, it was so disgusting that there was a terrible, gutter-like smell that covered the entire area. The smell was so bad that I tried to wash it since it had a washing tub function, but the setting required me to soak it in water for 10 hours, so I ended up not washing it in this washing machine. Even in the bathroom, when I just wanted to take a shower, I turned on the faucet, but no hot water came out. Thinking he had not expected it, he turned on a panel on the wall next to the bathtub, and the hot water finally came out. Although there were diagrams explaining how to use the toilet, there were no instructions on how to use the bath or the washing machine, so they weren't very helpful. Since the facility is used by many foreigners, I thought it might be a bit of a problem.Although it's a shame, it was a very minor point, so as mentioned above, I would like to use it again next time.
