Because it is an unmanned store, the service cannot be rated. It is like a traveler’s home away from home. It is worth recommending.

Good value for money. The 3 bedrooms and living room layout was good for 6 people. However, it was frustrating because the view was blocked by walls on all sides, and the floor was made of a sticky wooden material. Perhaps because it is a cost-effective place, most of the people are Chinese, but they make a lot of noise and make a fuss at night. There is no way. When I complained to the management via email or message, I received an absurd response the next morning telling me to be careful of Chinese people. Daily parking available in the parking lot opposite for 1,600 yen.

I stayed in Room 203 this time. The soundproofing of the room facing the road is not good, and you can hear the sounds of pedestrians chatting on the sidewalk.The hotel's location is very convenient. It only takes a five-minute walk to Sapporo Station. There are multiple paid parking lots near the hotel, so you don't have to worry about parking if you drive by yourself.There is a washing machine in the room. After washing, you can use the air-conditioning dehumidification function to wash and dry the clothes from the previous day in almost a day before wearing them.The toilet is located next to the entrance of the entrance, where the heater cannot be blown. When going to the toilet in the middle of the night, you need to put on layers of clothes to avoid catching a cold.

Close to Sapporo station. The room was clean and well furnished with a little kitchen, fridge and microwave. There is a small dining area and a small living room with TV and couch too. The bedroom has a divider. There is a washing machine and the bathroom was quite spacious compared to the usual business hotels. Prices during the snow festival was almost 4x the usual though. Quite far to susukino area by walking but could be worse.
