Because it is located in the center of the city, it is an optimal route for shopping. If I had to sum up my personal impression in one word, it would be a clean hotel.Neither the amenities nor the breakfast were luxurious, but it was nice that they provided only what I needed. As mentioned in other reviews, parking is limited, so if you rent a slightly larger car, it would be easier to just use the parking lot next to Norvesa. And I'm not sure (I'm still confused), but the 1,300 yen ticket you can buy at the counter is not a ticket that reduces parking fees to 1,300 yen, but a go-out ticket that allows you to enter and exit freely when you frequently use a rental car in the evening. It seemed like it was. We parked the car after visiting a nearby area, but couldn't use it because we had to walk in the evening. Usually, the fee for evening parking was around 3,000 yen for leaving at 11am. (I forgot to ask at the parking lot office)It was a lodging that was optimized for solo travelers rather than rental car travelers and for those with plans focused on shopping in the city. I also think that being able to enter the hotel with a room key in the evening will help with the late-night safety of female travelers.Highly recommended for women, single people, and those using public transportation.+ The bathroom facilities at the barrier-free accommodation were also good.

The hotel is located very close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. We booked and stayed in a room with 3 beds. The room was clean and the size was big compared to an average Japanese hotel room.Hotel amenities were available in the lobby. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.Breakfast was superb, with a good variety. They served free-flow coffee and tea after check-in at their cafeteria area.

Good location. Close to Sapporo Gates 35 and 36.It's close to Nijo Market. There is a McDonald's, two Daiso convenience stores, and a shopping alley right in front. Bookoff is also close. There is English-speaking staff at the reception. nice.I didn't eat breakfast. There are many places to have breakfast nearby. No dust in the room. There was no cleaning during our 3-night stay (since we only slept), but amenities and towels were brought to the door every day.I can't open the window, so I have to turn the pen even when it's cold. There is no restroom on the first floor, but it is located in the lounge on the second floor. It can be used freely from 11 o'clock.WiFi is fast. Toilet clean. Pajamas. No noise between rooms.

The location is perfect. Near all the activities a tourist would want.It is near the shopping area, market, train and tram stations. And many of these open till late at night.A small minor blip is the hotel does not have a proper drop off. So it can be confusing if one were to drive here. Taking the train and tram should not be any issue. The price point is very good and especially taking into the consideration of its location. The rooms are clean and tidy, maximizing every tiny little corner. Our rooms came with two single beds and a long sofa which in theory can double up as a sofa bed for a third person. We did not have to use it as there were only two of us.The toilet is small but well equipped. Reasonable for this price point. We do not expect anything more than that. The room is well lit. And the window brought in lots of day light which is therapeutic. The air con works very well for cold and hot. There is also a coin operated washer heater available. A vending machine selling the usual drinks is parked next to the laundry room. This is a huge plus for those who travel for longer period. One small blip about the room is they do not provide tea bags. There is only drip coffee available. Not great for tea drinkers. Thus far, the staff are friendly and helpful like most hotels.
