I chose it because you can smoke, there's free breakfast, and the price is reasonable, but it's less than a 20-minute walk from Sapporo Station, next to Sapporo Station, and less than 10 minutes from Soen Station. There are public buses, but they only run 2-3 times an hour, and the transportation schedule is not good. A taxi will cost around 1000 yen.The hotel offers welcome coffee made with Dotour beans. There is only one elevator. It will take some time. There is a large public bath on B1, but there are only 6 places to sit, so if it gets crowded, it can be a problem...The bath is an artificial hot spring, but it felt good. B1 has two washing machines and dryers (charges apply). Detergent must be purchased for 50 yen at the 1st floor reception desk...I wish it would be dispensed automatically. bothersome. There are also vending machines for alcohol (beer, canned chuhai) and soft drinks. It may be inconvenient to move to Susukino or other places, but it might be a good idea if you are confident in your leg strength.

Reliable route-in hotelInconvenient as the location is quite far from the downtown areaThere are almost no places to eat nearby. It takes 30-40 minutes to walk to Tanukikoji and Susukino. If you use a car or taxi, it might be a quiet place.Whether it was by chance or because of the location, I stayed there for a week, and I didn't see any noisy foreigners, so breakfast was quiet and relaxing, so it was comfortable.

Although it is not mentioned in the guide, there are 3 local buses per hour from Sendai, and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel for 210 yen. There was a timetable in the lobby. The train is far from the stationI get the impression that the large public bath can accommodate up to 4 people.

I used it for one night from September 15th to 16th, 2024.It's a 12-13 minute walk from Sapporo Station, a 30-minute walk from Susukino, and a 12-13 minute walk to the nearest tram, making it reasonably far from the downtown area.I had a motorcycle, but I was able to park it in a covered area on the walkway to the parking lot, so I didn't have to worry about the rain.At first I was wondering if this was a good place to stop, but the person at the front desk came out to guide me and helped me out. There is a large bath in the basement. It's underground and doesn't have an open air, but it has a large open glass wall that overlooks the courtyard (although it's small), so I felt comfortable entering. The key is left at the front desk, and the door to the room does not lock automatically, but some people may say that this style is better. The room was also clean.

I think it's strange that there is only one elevator to get to the guest room and the stairs are not open.My room was on the second floor, but it would have been faster to walk up the stairs to get to the second floor, but I ended up waiting for the elevator, which took a long time.

It's quite a walk from Susukino and Sapporo stations, so it's not a good idea to get rich.I would have been satisfied with the breakfast if it had some local ingredients.

I used it on a 2 night business trip to Sapporo. After leaving Sapporo Station, walk straight down the first wide road and arrive in about 15 minutes. Although facing the main street, the room was quiet. The room feels like an old-fashioned business hotel. It's spacious enough for just staying the night. The bathroom is small, but it's ok because there is a large public bath on the first basement floor. I felt relaxed and tired.Free wifi with password available.Breakfast was buffet style, with many Japanese and Western menus, so you could choose your favorite combination.
