The bath is nice. The water is greenish clear with floating brown sediment. Hypotonic alkaline water. There is slight sliminess. Slight smell of wood. 100% natural hot spring without circulation, adding water, and chlorine. There are indoor and outdoor baths, which are accessible without changing clothes. They provide day service till 9pm. Sad point is that smoking area is in front of the entrance.

I can't give a starThe men's bath was so hot that I couldn't take a bath.Only the bathing fee is chargedNo apologies, no apologies.Even though it's rainingI don't understand the meaning of this hotel's Samsung star when they say, "You can enter the open air.""I can use the women's bath."I went to a hot spring with my family.I should have told you before buying the bathing ticket...Is it okay to stay at a hot spring hotel where temperature cannot be controlled?

I stayed there on the night of August 2, 2024 for 7,000 yen per person, without meals. Since I checked in late, I bought dinner at a convenience store and brought it in.It was my first time staying at Higashi Naruko Onsen. The hot springs were great. I especially liked the open-air bath. It was clear water with a dark brown color similar to whiskey. It's called Moor Onsen. It was smooth, smooth and soft to the touch. My skin becomes mysteriously shiny. I enjoyed not only the night but also the morning bath. The facilities are old, but it was quiet and I had a good night's sleep.

A secluded hot spring area.Hot water is the best. I booked this hotel on short notice on the third day of my trip. It's old, but I don't feel like there's anything wrong with it.Satisfied with both customer service and food. Fill up on meals while travelingIt's easy to say, but this is the first place I've ever eaten.

I stopped by while going to Mt. Iwade.I only had a hand towel with me, but I had shampoo, body wash, makeup remover, and lotion, which helped. Of course, there's also the hair dryer. It's a holiday evening, but I have it all to myself.Apparently there is hair tonic in the men's bath.Oh my goodness!

Use at day trip hot spring (800 yen)There is an indoor bath and an open-air bath. The quality of the spring water is moist and feels very good. There are railroad tracks right above the open-air bath, so if you time it right, you can see the trains from the bath. There are no locked lockers. Valuables can be left at the front desk.

The hot springs were very nice. I went in four times. I feel like I want to come here for a day trip. There was no map in the room of the location of the hot springs or the location of the food intake. Unusually, there were no tea sweets either. The room was clean. The autumn leaves on the back mountain were spectacular. The food wasn't anything fancy, but it was delicious, including tempura sashimi, sukiyaki eel, chawanmushi duck, salad with vinegared mushrooms, kamameshi, and soup. I couldn't eat it all. The sashimi in particular was delicious even though it was in the middle of the mountain. There are many stairs to go to the bathroom, which is inconvenient for people with disabilities. I want a toilet that can be accessed from the changing room in the bath. Stink bug tape made me laugh. There is no information about the morning coffee in the lobby and it is difficult to understand. I really wanted an explanation as I am indispensable for coffee in the morning.

The building's facilities are old, so they were often out of order, and there was no Wi-Fi, which is common these days.••• The food was delicious, so I wish it had been kept warm.

I stayed there 4.5 years ago, and at that time, the food was below average and often cold, and when I tried to take a bath at night after eating a normal meal, the lobby was pitch black and eerie. This time I used it for a day trip for the first time in a while, and the open-air bath clearly hadn't been cleaned, so leaves and dirt were flying around. It's not Yunohana. The hot spring itself is a nice brown color, flowing directly from the source, with no added water or heating circulation. For boys, there are 4 washing areas, body soap and conditioner-in shampoo, and no lockable storage. There are many wonderful hot springs in Naruko Onsen, so I think it would be better to come up with various ways to differentiate yourself from the others.
