This was my first time experiencing hot springs, and I stayed in room 106 on the 1st floor of the hot springs building for 2 nights and 3 days. The 6 tatami room has a wide veranda and is large enough for a single person to stay.Although there was a yukata in the room, there were no towels or amenities, and there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. Don't forget to prepare homeware, bathing sets, etc.The room has an air conditioner, a small TV, a sink, a large refrigerator, and a cupboard, making it convenient for self-catering. In particular, the refrigerator has a pull-out freezer at the bottom, so you can store food for multiple days. There is also a microwave in the communal kitchen, so you can easily heat up some delicatessen dishes and other foods for yourself. In addition, there is a Wifi router at the entrance of the rest room with sofas, etc., and I was able to connect to it without any problems even in room 106 where I stayed. The most important thing is the hot springs, but the water is emerald green, and the temperature in the men's bath was just right so you could soak in the hot water comfortably. On the other hand, in the private bath, the water was so hot that I had to put my foot in it and immediately quit. The heat couldn't be cured by just a little bit of hot water, so I decided to give up on taking a bath, thinking that maybe diluting the hot spring water with water would be a good idea. The hot springs are open almost 24 hours a day, so during our stay we were able to fully enjoy the hot springs without having to worry about time. Also, my body hurts if I just lie down on the futon in my room, but it was nice to be able to relax or read in the reclining chair in the rest room. This was my first time experiencing hot springs, but Takato Ryokan is a very good environment for a long-term stay, as the accommodation costs are low, they serve breakfast and dinner with rice and miso soup, and the environment is perfect for cooking your own meals. I thought so.Next time, I would like to go for a hot spring treatment for a week.

I called my husband's parents from Fukuoka.I stayed here for one night on a trip. The room was also clean. The hot springs are also perfect. There's only one washing area and no hair dryer...that's the only negative point...(I understand that it's a spa, but...)Then we were shown to a room on the second floor, and there was a toilet on the second floor, but it was very smelly, not the smell of a toilet...I also used the toilet on the first floor. It didn't really smell like anything. That's the only thing that's disappointing... .

The hot spring bath was very nice. It felt dark and very warm. It came with rice and miso soup. For the side dishes, I had the sashimi made by a nearby fish shop. There is a shrine nearby and I prayed for it a lot.I had a relaxing holiday.

I stayed for three nights at Toji.It was an old but well-maintained inn.I was self-catering, but I was glad that they provided rice and miso soup for breakfast and dinner. There seemed to be a lot of regular customers, so the room was pretty full, but no one was making a fuss and it was quiet, just like people were just enjoying the hot springs.Cats sometimes come outside the window to say hello. The hot springs are hot for men and their families, but there seems to be a hot tub for women as well.
