It is such a cozy hotel! Don't expect extreme luxury for this money, but enjoy the cozy building. The air conditioning works fine. And there is hot running water. That's all you need :)

The location is comfortable but the surrounding area is perhaps a bit untidy. The receptionists are friendly but do not speak English, so communication is a bit difficult. I stayed in room 42 on the top floor. When I arrived they told me that they were finishing cleaning my room. Upon entering the entire bathroom was wet as if it had been washed quickly. During my 3 days of stay, 2 days the water in the shower came out cold, but taking into account the heat of each day, it was not an impediment for me. The other day there was no water and they told me to take a bath in the shared bathroom after paying for a private room. I reported this to the receptionist and she told me that a technician would come to repair it. I estimate that they will repair it after I leave because I just left and the water was still cold. I didn't go because changing accommodation from one moment to the next is really expensive and there isn't much availability on these dates. I don't recommend it unless you don't mind bathing in cold water or in a shared bathroom.

Every time I have to stay in the area, I choose to go to Pailin...it is a bit rustic, but the tranquility, the staff and the price make this place a very good option.I recommend 100%

The room is perfect. The bathroom is perfect. The bed is comfortable. Loved the lighting of the room. Even the rooms have windows also. Easily accessible. You will get a main gate key so you are free to come and go anytime. No restrictions. The room price is affordable. The owner’s dog is so lovely. Just There is no lift here.

Good price and very good location, close to Khao San but without the hustle and bustle. There is laundry service. Mattresses a little hard but you can sleep well without problem.

Good value for price, rooms are large. Bed sheet was only a small blanket though and not really big enough for two people. Rooms mostly clean, but a bit dusty in areas and could use a deeper clean.Overall location is great, close to restaurants, 7 eleven etc. Owners were kind.

Central but quiet location, clean and definitely a fair price. The staff is incredibly polite and accommodating. Check-in is easy, even if no one is there, there is a friendly note hanging there and the keys are ready. Great for people who want to spend their money with locals and not with any external hostel or hotel chains.
