Isn't it illegal to charge more?Check the rates for each room in the lobby, select your room, and take the paper (with the price listed) with you to your room.The next morning, when I checked the amount at the automatic payment machine, an additional 10% consumption tax was added.The paper at the time of entering the room states that tax is included.When I called the front desk to say something was wrong, they told me there would be a service charge.When I asked where it was written, I was told that it was posted in the lobby.Credit card payments are only available at the front desk, so when I went down to the lobby to check, I didn't see it written anywhere.And at the front,This time the service charge is quite high. That's what I mean.I just gave you a false guide saying it was written in the lobby. When I asked about it, I was told that it was a mistake in the guidance.No apology whatsoever.A system where you only notice the 10% surcharge when you leave the room. Too malicious.If someone points this out to you, they probably do it every time with the attitude of ``Well, I'll waive the service charge.''Of course I won't go there again.

A sense of security from a major chain.You can use member benefits from the first time, so the welcome food and breakfast are all free. And they were all well made and delicious. There are plenty of amenities, so it's much more spacious than staying at a business hotel in the city.The only disappointing thing was that there was no deodorizing spray in the toilet in the room.It's a small detail, but in some cases it can ruin the atmosphere, so I'd appreciate it if you could leave it there.

I went there for the first time, and it was dark at night, so I missed the entrance that goes down one road and passed right by. Since it was night, the parking lot was almost full. I asked the store clerk where I could park.The standard room had a unit bath. disappointing. The food is delicious. It takes time to serve because we make it well.

The young person at the front desk was very rude. If you don't like your job, just quit. I gave you a coupon for free sweets, but it was taken away when I checked out.The number one thing you should never do is cheating on the amount. It's the worst. 4,900 yen for 5 hours is reasonable for the hotel content, or unless they reinstate the 30% off coupon that can be used on Saturdays and Sundays, I think I'll go to another store.And again the amount is wrong.If you're in your 50's, don't you know what kind of discount this coupon is when you work? Isn't it possible to find out if I don't call each time to pay? This is despite the fact that we explain at the front desk each time before entering the room that we can use the member discount.Even if I tell you it's wrong, you say you're not wrong, so it's no good anymore.Area managers should be properly trained, or are area managers themselves no longer good enough? Don't make fun of the whole group.If you're going to make them pay a service charge or other incomprehensible charges on top of the room charge at the time of checkout, please educate them and give them service!
