Good apartment hotel in the centre of Kyoto. The interior is new. Double glazed windows are installed for perfect noise barrier. Parking is available nearby.

We used this for a stay of 3 people. Considering the current price hike, we were able to stay at a great price for 3 people, and we are grateful that we were able to stay at a convenient location at a great value. The room also feels like a normal 1DK.If you are familiar with Airbnb, you will understand the check-in process. You will receive a PIN number via message for both the entrance and your room prior to your stay, so all you have to do is enter it.It might be useful to take a screenshot of the code in advance. On the other hand, if you are looking for regular hotel quality, it is better to ignore that aspect. Because this price without staff. It takes 30 seconds to get to the supermarket, the bus stop is right around the corner, and the station is just a short bus ride away, so I don't think there's much to say about it if you're staying with multiple people.

The address for foreigners was incorrect. The spelling of Roman letters is bullshit. The person who created the homepage is not Japanese.

A private lodging facility managed by GRApP Co., Ltd.First of all, check-in is a hassle. While traveling and carrying your luggage in both hands, enter the number you receive via email into the auto-lock outside. After that, use a tablet to check in and use it as evidence? You can't complete check-in unless you take a 30-second video of your face, so I took off my mask and followed the instructions on the screen, turning to the side and taking a video. Check-in completed successfully. After that, to enter the room, enter the PIN again...In any case, it takes more time than usual. It's like a normal rental house with no front desk, so if you need anything, you can call from your cell phone. To be honest, I think it will be stressful for people who are older than others or who are used to traveling and are not used to using machines. We don't have any staff, so no matter what happens, there's no one nearby to support us.There are no restaurants nearby, so I got tired and had dinner delivered, but the auto-lock couldn't be unlocked and I couldn't have it delivered to my room, so I decided to go downstairs to pick it up.I wish they would write in the booklet in the room how to auto-lock during delivery. The room is 1LDK with a bed and a dining table, so there is not enough space to play.It may be good for people who just want to sleep. However, the beds were quite high, about 60cm from the floor, so I think it would be quite dangerous for people with small children.I was also asleep and was so scared that I woke up several times.I felt safe when they were attached to the wall, but they are not attached to the wall and there are two in the living room, so if I turned over and fell, I would definitely get hurt! ️I've stayed at various hotels and inns, but I've never found one with a bed this high, so I'm a bit confused as to why they would install something this high. Moreover, if dogs and children are allowed, don't you think it's even more dangerous? ?Lastly, from what I've seen, 90% of the guests staying here are foreigners.Even the phone number at the front desk in case something goes wrong is not Japanese.I don't have the security of having staff in case something happens like in a hotel, but on the other hand, it's better not to have staff! ️ Recommended for people who have a dark side lol (There are many security cameras everywhere, including the entrance and the doorway of the room lol)

Clean and niceThe air conditioner is cool tooThe washing machine is great and dries well (the bathroom is a drying room). There is a supermarket nearby, a 24-hour restaurant, and a bar that stays open late (the prices are cheap, there is a lot of variety, and the food is delicious. It was a good part-time job).I think I will use it again next time I go here.

Highly recommended for those using a rental car. It's on the outskirts of Kyoto, so it's far from downtown, but there's a supermarket and convenience store nearby, and a local bar is highly recommended.
