I used it with my 7 month old daughter and my family of 3.There were futons spread out on the raised tatami floor, so the three of us could sleep comfortably. There is a mini-kitchen and a microwave, so it was very convenient to wash baby food and baby bottles. The bathroom was very spacious, and the room had floor heating, making it very comfortable.Unfortunately, the entrance to the hotel is narrow and difficult for strollers to pass through. I couldn't get through it without bumping into it.There was a noise when I was concerned about noises from other rooms, but although I did hear noises, it was quiet after 9pm.I would like to use it again if I have a chance (^^)

Was a nice Japanese accommodation. Beautiful bathroom with a large comfortable bathtub. Lots of free disposable cosmetic products. 2x hairdryers were available. Lots of fresh towels. Unfortunately, and that was the only drawback, the mattresses and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, something needs to be improved here. Communication via booking was uncomplicated including a CODE for the room. Underfloor heating available, we found a nice letter :) I can recommend it. Close to a S-Bahn and buses. Supermarkets in the surrounding areaLiving roombedroombathroomtoiletKitchenEverything was available separately

I stayed in a room called Kanryusai on the first floor. The room was near a shared entrance, so people came and went in the middle of the night, and it was so noisy that my child woke up and couldn't sleep. I saw someone slamming the door shut at around 1am, which I thought was extremely insane. It happened twice during the night. It would be better to take measures such as raising a warning or installing a door. The humidifier still had the care sign on it. There was a lot of dust on the air conditioner louvers, which was disappointing. I'm renovating an old house, so it can't be helped, but the pillars were exposed and right in front of the toilet entrance, which was scary. I thought it might be dangerous for small children. I think the price is too high for this kind of feeling. Honestly, I'd rather stay at a hotel.

The location is great, the apartment is very comfortable and very clean and the beds are really comfortable. In addition to the fairly large kitchen and the bathroom with a large bathtub the place is really great

We had an excellent stay at this Machiya (traditional Kyoto townhouse) for 3 days. We only did in-room dining one night, but that was also excellent.  …

Could easily give this place 5 stars. But ridiculous way of checking in. I seldom read my e mail whilst on holiday as it reminds me of work. …

I’ve booked for two nights in this hotel.|Everything is almost perfect in the first night. The location is good, nearby the train station, a 24hr familymart in 2min walkable distance. …

Great place to stay! The room was very spacious and was an amazing experience. We were in an upstairs room so didn’t hear much. The only thing that would make it better would be to have a washer/dryer, however not a deal breaker. Would stay again!
