Nightmare stay experience! False promotional photos! The room simply cannot meet the basic requirements for four people to stay in two rooms. The so-called room on the second floor is just an extremely small attic, and it has a terrible suffocating feeling like being buried in a coffin. There was hair and dust everywhere in the room, and the mattress and bedding were full of yellow stains, which was very disgusting. At the same time, the shop owner ignored the customer's communication needs and went from being passive and sagging to disappearing from the world. Don't check in! Don't check in! Don't check in! ⚠️⚠️⚠️

The worst living experience. The landlord wrote on the booking that it can support four people, but in fact it cannot support four people. All the mattresses are dirty, but the landlord's reply is that they can't be washed? I spent 60,000 yen a night and couldn't even get a new mattress! The loft on the second floor cannot support any adults living in it, and the stairs are very shaky. The location of the hotel is right under the high-speed rail. It is very noisy during the day and the neighborhood is not as convenient as expected.

Worst accommodation choice if you travelling in group. It’s impossible to sleep on the attic what they called a second “bedroom”. There is ONLY 1 bedroom. The attic is incredibly tiny and one can’t sit upright, in contrary to the spacious photo they have taken. Steep stairs are safety hazards too.Unreachable customer support from the host. Mysterious yellow stain on the futon bed too.The house is next to tracks, so train noises every now and then, as what other has said in comments, no blinds on the window, if you want to sleep in, well you can if you’re super insensitive to light and sound in sleep.Believe all the one star ratings, they are 100% true, we tested by paying over 60,000 yen per night. Consider it’s our first visit to Kyoto, this left a horrible first impression.

Worst place to stay in japan.5stars comments are fake written by that group!!That place is worth 3000 yen one night, no more. You can see the photo, just in front of the train line. You cannot sleep. The house is with soo much bright. No sunblind.Only thing convenient was the aeon mall close.I couldn't believe they rent for 30000~60000 a night.

The hospitality such as preparing Japanese sweets and matcha tea was great. It's a detached detached house, so it has a strong sense of privacy, and I have fond memories. Also, the man wearing a hakama fit the atmosphere of Kyoto and provided great hospitality.

As mentioned in the reply, you are not giving special treatment only to us, but you are also charging 100% cancellation fee even to those who cannot come because of the corona virus, because your hotel has a lot of corona cases, and even sunfish are in an emergency situation. Does that mean you should come with a declaration? ? Can anything be said about the cancellation policy? ? Isn't it okay to just tell them the account details and just transfer the money? I informed them of the cancellation one month in advance. There may be times when you just can't help it even if you want to go. ,
