The building is new and the interior is beautiful, but there is no sense of cleanliness. The bathtub was full of grime and there was hair and cooking utensils under the sink and the cobweb mattress pad was covered in stains. However, it's extremely cheap, so I think it's great for people who don't care about it.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk from Hakata Station, but there is a separate station near the accommodation. There were many Korean guests. The price was cheap and the room was clean.

It's better to avoid the first floor. Anyway, the sounds of footsteps, voices, and everyday life on the second floor can be heard. The kid runs around, flies, drops things, etc., and it's a big reaction. The walls are seriously thin.

It's the worst.We were planning to stay for 2 nights with 2 adults and 1 child, but it was too dirty so we canceled 1 night and stayed at another hotel.In the photos, the apartment looked clean from the outside, but in reality there was trash on the stairs and a lot of pigeon droppings. There was a lot of hair in the room, and when I tried to wipe it off, I couldn't because I lost the tape even though I had the main unit. The futon is so flimsy that wearing just one layer will hurt your body. The bathroom was also smelly and the worst. The guests are either young people or foreigners. Not suitable for families as voices can be heard.

I went to Matsukiyo and bought a highter, and installed a bath and washing machine. It was 3 nights and 4 days, but I wish I had a quick wiper. There are vacuum cleaners and rollers.

Because it was newly built, it was clean, quiet and nice.20 minutes walk to Hakata Station. 5 minutes walk to Yoshizuka Station.
