We stayed in the room on the 1st floor. There is a tablet in the room which faces one of the beds and we noticed on 3 instances, the tablet turned on itself in the middle of the night. The first time we noticed was at 6am for about a minute. After studying the tablet, we decided to cover up the circle area (what appeared to be a camera) with a sticker. The next night when the area was covered up, it turned on once for about 10/15 seconds around midnight, turned off, and then a minute later, turned on again for about 10/15 seconds. We expressed concerns regarding the area that appears to be a camera and hotel insists there is no camera in the rooms and that tablet is used "to contact our staff for information about our facilities". I asked why the tablet would turn on itself, Agoda has told me the hotel told them "terminal tablets turn on for emergency assistance from the front desk, should you need it. They have confirmed there are no cameras in the rooms." I can assure you that we were not requiring assistance when the camera turned on as it was bedtime.I have included pictures of the tablet. You be the judge and book if you feel comfortable with it.

This time I stayed in an executive suite. The room was very large. It was divided into left and right rooms. There were two double beds and two single beds on one side, and two double beds on the other side. There were sofas, TVs, toilets and bathrooms on both sides. There are also two rooms. The rooms are very clean and the soundproofing is pretty good. The TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch. Everything is great. I will want to stay here again if I have the opportunity to come to Kyushu. There is no parking lot attached to the hotel, but there are many paid parking lots nearby, and there is also a supermarket nearby that can be reached within a two- to three-minute walk.

There was a live concert at Marine Messe, and we were looking for an accommodation that could fit all six of us in one room and be able to walk to the venue, and we ended up at Grand Base Hakata Naraya.This time, we stayed in an executive suite with a total of 6 people: 1 adult, 3 high school students, and 2 elementary school students.Check-in at the unmanned reception desk was smooth, but there is an additional 200 yen per person to pay the Fukuoka city accommodation tax. You can pay by cash or PayPay.When you open the entrance, there are rooms on the left and right. The room on the left has two double beds, two single beds, a sofa, a TV, a toilet, and a shower. The room on the right has two double beds, a sofa, TV, toilet, shower and bathtub, washing machine, dryer, and kitchen. It was fully equipped with cups, plates, chopsticks, etc., and seemed to have everything you need for daily life.There are no doors on the left and right rooms, but you can spend your time there almost without interference.It was very clean and I was able to use it comfortably.There is no private parking lot, but there are many coin parking lots nearby.About 15 minutes walk to Marine Messe.1 minute walk to the nearby supermarket.One thing to be concerned about is the Wi-Fi reception status.In the room on the left, I noticed that the signal was bad and had switched to 5G, so please improve it.

Very clean room. I booked a room with 4 double beds and 2 single beds. There are separate living rooms and TVs on the left and right sides of the room. It is very convenient to wash clothes and use the drying function in the bathroom. There is a supermarket at the entrance of the alley, which is very convenient for buying food.Self-service check-in and check-out are also very clear and simple.My family is very satisfied with the room this time😀

Environment: 4 stars. The main pity is that the floor is carpeted, which I personally don't like.Space: 5 stars. This time I booked the entire second floor, which can sleep two small families. There are two toilets and two bathrooms, and there will be no interference at all.Equipment: 5 stars, there is enough kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, clothes can be washed every day and dried in the shower room.Location: 5 stars. Really great location, self-driving parking is also convenient, right next to the downstairs.
