The room is large and clean. The staff was a woman. The customer service was bad and they didn't bring the product I ordered once, so when I called them, they kept asking me, but they don't have anything anymore? So...I came to the room twice. At the time of rental items and breakfast. And when I ordered a rental item, the item I asked for didn't arrive, but you behaved like that😅 I'm sorry, aren't you? The response was cold and vague.Room 511 was small, but it had a sauna, which was nice, but the service was terrible.

There aren't many love hotels in Higashi Ward.I am grateful for your existence.However, it is a little difficult to access from the road.The rooms are spacious enough.Vert from the same Hayama Hotel GroupAbout the same.Amenities are also sufficient.You can also pay by card using the QR code.You can do it, so you don't have to bring your card.Are you okay.There are coupons on the desk in the guest room.It seems that you can use it as a discount during the applicable period.If you look at the hotel's website, there are coupons there as well.You have an ID, and when you enter your room, go to the front desk.Get a discount by calling and providing your ID.It seems to be valid.However, it seems to be limited to S.A.B.C and higher rooms.I rested in room C for 4 hours for 3,850 yen.My TV is an Android, so I watch Netflix etc.You can also watch video streaming,You will be asked for your login ID and password.I can only see people who have a contract with me.There seems to be only one adult channel.I'm annoyed because I can't fast forward.I have something to do.

Room 511 Accommodation[Good points] The room size is good. The people at the front desk are very friendly. Satisfied with the amenities. The freezer cools well. Big TV, you can watch online (YouTube, Netflix, etc.). The bathroom is large. There is a love sofa. The sofa bed is huge. There is something like a bar counter.[Points of concern]The hair dryer is broken and difficult to use.It smells a little old.There is no service.A break is just right.

I'm staying here today, and I'm very grateful to the front desk staff for being so friendly and accommodating.The S type room is very spacious and has a relaxing atmosphere!It looks like it's going to be a great end of the year!I definitely want to use it again when I come to Fukuoka! !thank you!

I stayed in room 408. Price-wise, it's cheap at less than 7,000 yen on weekdays, and 8,500 yen including meals. However, perhaps because there were a lot of visitors coming and going, the futon, mattress, and pillows were damp, so I couldn't sleep...In the morning, I wanted to take in the morning sun, so when I opened the window, it wouldn't close and I left the room open. I don't know what's wrong with the windows in each room, but they usually close when opened, so please fix them. Also, there was a message on the panel indicating that it was time to replace the air conditioner filter, so please replace the air conditioner filter as well. Unfortunately, there were some parts that looked perfect but weren't finished, so I gave it a 1 star, and I gave it a 5 star, such as the table around the surrounding water area. Also, perhaps to save on electricity bills, I turned off the air conditioner, and it was so hot that it reached 22 degrees Celsius with strong winds, and it was so cold that it reached 28 degrees Celsius.

Make a reservation from Hapi Hotel's accommodation plan and stay there.When I looked at the statement at checkout, it was clear that I had been charged too much.Apart from the Fukuoka City accommodation tax of 400 yen for two people, the original accommodation plan was supposed to include tax, but for some reason the tax was charged separately.I'm not convinced, but it's too troublesome to contact the front desk, so I just pay.Also, the noise from the next room was terrible! I can even hear the sound of the TV and the content of people's voices.

It's incredibly noisy here.The sound of the staff room door can be heard nearby, and the staff are not very friendly.Also, I can hear the conversations and gasps from the next room! The walls are too thin

The fee system is difficult to understand.They won't tell you the check-out time, or you'll be charged an unnecessary extension fee.Even the cheapest room is expensive!The store staff's response is not friendly.
