I think it's probably a property that has been renovated for inbound tourists. It looks like it was originally an apartment. The toilet and bath are separate, and there is a kitchen and microwave, so you can eat in your room. You can also walk to Canal City, Nakasu, and Tenjin.

Total 3 pointsI can't do any cleaning at all.I don't think it's bad for an unmanned hotel if you manage it with good cleaning.

It’s my first time to stay in an unmanned hotel. It’s very refreshing. I’d like to share some of my experiences here.Check-in time: 2023.8.13~2023.8.20Check-in location: goom haruyoshiadvantage:1. There is a lot of space for activities, and it is no problem to spread two 27-inch suitcases together on the floor.2. There is a simple kitchenette, microwave and tableware. You can go to the supermarket to buy some discounted cooked food for a late night snack.3. Provide an independent washing machine, which can reduce the pressure of bringing extra clothes in summer.4. The living functions nearby are pretty good. There are supermarkets and large drugstores nearby. Hakata Canal City can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. Whether it is shopping or eating needs, it can be met.5. An extension cord is provided, so the sockets are sufficient, so you don’t have to worry about being unable to charge 3C products.6. The toilet and bathroom are two completely independent spaces. When taking a bath, if your partner wants to defecate, it will not interfere at all XDDD.shortcoming:1. The check-in procedure is very confusing - before departure, I was required to go to another place to check in, but upon arrival I could not find the check-in information, and there was no front desk to provide information, so I had to go to the check-in location to try my luck; find the information Later, error messages kept appearing for credit card payments, so I had to contact customer service by voice. Although I finally checked in successfully, my patience and energy also ran out.2. Unable to provide immediate assistance - I ran out of shampoo during my stay. Although there was a tablet in the room to report to customer service, it was empty for a long time, resulting in one night when there was no shampoo available.3. Cleaning defects - When I first entered the room, I found accumulated dust in many small places, Ex: blinds, table lamp bulbs, and under the TV cabinet; there was a swatted mosquito on the toilet door, and there was a small amount of mold in the gaps in the bathroom wall. .4. Poor sound insulation - On the last night, a family with children lived upstairs. From the time they entered the room until 23:00, the sound of running, jumping and bumping could be heard.5. There is no elevator - if you are a tourist who likes to make large purchases, you must be mentally prepared to carry your luggage and climb the stairs (but luckily I live on the first floor XDDDD).6. There is no one-piece mirror - Although it is not a big problem for me, I think many girls will be troubled.7. It’s not too close to the station – this is a bit bothersome to me who is not good at walking with large luggage (▔□▔)Overall, I would stay here again if the price is within the ideal range. It is recommended that travelers who come to check in prepare a small amount of toiletries and consumables to avoid the same dilemma as us, as well as pajamas, because they are not provided here; in addition, travelers who expect hotel-standard service and cleanliness should not stay here (you It will be very disappointing), but if you treat it as a daily rental apartment like me, it will be a great experience.

Check-in was difficult to understand and took some time. This accommodation is a renovated 4th floor apartment. I think the location is good as there are parking lots nearby and Tenjin Nakasu is just a short walk away, so you won't have any trouble finding food. There was no elevator, but there was WiFi, but the password displayed on the tablet was incorrect, and the paper posted on the wall was the correct answer. Amenities are minimal, body shampoo is empty. The back of the TV stand is full of dust. The only mirror in the bathroom is the sink. I don't have a gown, so I need a loungewear. It would be nice to have a mirror in the room for getting ready. Or put a full-length mirror at the entrance. No shoehorn. . . It's kind of strange. . That's my impression.

When checking in, you need to go to the reception desk, which is a little far away. Also, Booking.com shows it as 2,000 yen per night, but if you include the 2,800 yen cleaning fee and the 200 yen accommodation tax, the cost will exceed 5,000 yen, so be careful.
