When making a reservation, I tried to book 2 rooms for 3 adults online but was unable to do so.The room was empty, but...It seems like you can reserve one room for 3 people, but the ratings are going down.I'm giving up because it says it's only for online reservations.

First visit in October 2023. Enjoy dinner and breakfast in a room with a free-flowing hot spring. There are only two things I noticed: ① There was a cup left on the table in the room. ②I don't know what the breakfast bread is (what's in it). Also, it would have been nice to have a toaster to warm it up.I introduced this to someone at work, and when I visited with my family, the air conditioning was broken so I had to carry the food back to my room.Other than that, I was happy because they said they were satisfied.Second use at the end of September 2024. I'm concerned about the customer base. Anyway, the manners are bad. The price was higher than last year, but the room was lower. The door was broken and removed. There was a flimsy curtain that didn't suit the place. It would be better without it. I was aware that the room in the Ali room was small.I was in the same Ali room last year, but other than the room being small, there were no problems. The food had a strong taste, and the bottom of the trays and bowls were dirty.I won't go there again for the third time.

The reception, entertainment, and reception were kind and courteous. I have bad legs and my room was farthest from the reception desk, and the restaurant was at the back of the second floor, far away from my room, so it was very difficult for me. I think it would have been better to have done a clear survey at the time of reception.

I had read the reviews and was prepared for the steps, but I was still scared until I got used to them. I was scared to go to the toilet at night. I think it would have been better if there was some lighting for the feet. The bath was so hot that it ran continuously for 24 hours, so it was a luxury. It would have been nice if there was a mirror up to my feet so I could put on the kimono. (In fact, most business hotels often don't have it)I have never seen a buffet with so many items.Nowadays, the prices of business hotels in Fukuoka City are rising, and I think the stylish exterior and rooms are quite expensive unless you are Miyawaka. The sashimi is fresh and the meat is tender. There was also cotton candy and soft serve ice cream for the kids, and pancakes in the morning. The rice balls were also small, so they were considerate for those who eat less. There were several types of bread besides egg sandwiches. I felt that the company's efforts were great as I saw improvements in response to reviews. Since my parents' home is originally from my hometown, I am aware that there are no tourist spots nearby. I visited Munakata Taisha Shrine and Miyajidake Shrine with a friend from outside the prefecture and stayed there. The next day, I saw Ito Den'emon's residence, went through the cold water tunnel, went shopping at Minami-no-Sato and Morooka Market in Chikuzen Town, and headed home. I had a satisfying trip. Is there nothing we can do about the steps? It's tough for the elderly. Without that, it's full marks

Anyway, there was a wide variety of food and it was very delicious. I was surprised✨ I want to go again. There was also a bath in the room, which I could take at any time, which was great.

Stayed for 1 night on 9/20-21.[traffic]Take the bus bound for Nogata from platform 33 at Hakata Bus Terminal and get off at Shimowakita stop. The road there consists of almost two lanes, making it vulnerable to traffic. I took the 4:10 bus, but due to the Autumn Equinox Day holiday, congestion was severe and it took about two hours to arrive. If you are using the bus, please allow plenty of time. The typical travel time seems to be around 50-60 minutes.Getting off at the bus stop and walking is not difficult, about 10 minutes. However, since Google Routes guides you to farm roads that are not suitable for pulling suitcases, we recommend that you study the route using Road View in advance. When returning to Hakata, you can use the stop in the opposite direction. There is a QR code at the stop that shows the real-time bus location.Due to the two-way traffic issue, there may be occasional delayed arrivals, so it is recommended to check frequently before check-out.[Rooms/Services]At check-in, most of the guests were local families and we were the only Koreans. We were a little nervous because we are not fluent in Japanese or English, but we were grateful that they kindly explained things to us.The room condition and amenities were very good, and as its reputation suggests, the hot spring water was also good, so I was able to relax and enjoy it.The bath in the double room is not large, but it is spacious enough for one person to enjoy. Another hygienic advantage is that the water continues to circulate. The refrigerator is stocked with lemon sour, green tea, water, and glutinous rice cakes, so drinking them after taking a bath will make you feel like paradise. You can also scoop up ice from the second floor. It's a shame I couldn't eat the glutinous rice cake because I was so full. It looked soft and delicious.[food]Both dinner and breakfast were buffet style and overall tasted very good. The composition is a little different, but if you like Japanese food, these are menu items you won't like. The variety was more varied than I expected, and the sashimi and sushi were especially impressive. There was Mont Blanc as a seasonal dessert, and the bean paste was so delicious that I still remember it. The soufflé pancakes made at breakfast were also very delicious.[Overall review]Although transportation is a bit inconvenient, it is a place I would like to go again next time (on a less hot day).It was a great place to start your trip to Fukuoka on a good note.
