The best boarding house. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. The location is very strategic, near many places to eat and all public facilities. If it weren't for changing jobs, I wouldn't have moved from here! I stayed a year. Worth the price!

The staff are very friendly and the location is strategic and close to malls and culinary snack places..The rooms are good, complete facilities, there is free wifi for each resident. And there is a shower water heater too...

Price is appropriate. ky is not a hotel but like a boarding house. Clean although a little smelly. Friendly receptionist, soap, towels and toothbrush provided. there is a pantry. But the person guarding the parking lot said, "You can't park here for a long time, you have to be a member." So how do you feel like you've been left out, when the hotel already includes parking or not? I'm just disappointed. I came from Bandung with a car. Staying here is not allowed to park here.

Not bad for just staying...But the price is too expensive compared to the cleanliness of the facilities provided (at that time I booked at 250 thousand per night).The receptionist is not 24 hours (even though there is a security guard) the rooms are a bit dirty, even though the bathroom is quite clean. And the curtains are the type that roll blind, so there is still a gap in the window that can be seen from outside.The bed sheets and pillows are also not very clean.But fortunately there are elevator and shared kitchen facilities.Hopefully cleanliness can be further improved.
