Used while traveling. Tenjin Station is the closest, but it's a little far away. It's good that it's not too noisy and there are some hidden restaurants nearby. The building is showing its age, but the rooms are clean. I can't watch YouTube. The staff are courteous. The only and major complaint was that the breakfast venue did not open on time. Instead of opening at 7 a.m., it opened at 7:02. Even if it's unavoidable that you'll be a little late because something might have happened, shouldn't you just apologize? If you are a busy businessman, every minute in the morning is precious. It doesn't open as early as other hotels when it opens at 7am, so please be on time.

It's a beautiful old hotel. Customer service is also polite and calm. It's a bit far from the station (Tenjin Station is about a 10 minute walk), but there was a convenience store and a ramen shop nearby, which was helpful. It may be famous locally, but I've heard that it's coming out. Around 11:00 pm, there was a mysterious power outage about 4 times every 10 minutes...I looked at other rooms through the window, but the lights were on without any problems. By the way, I wasn't using any electrical appliances and was lying down trying to sleep. There was no particular harm and the room was clean, so it was good.

Stayed on October 2ndThe woman at the front desk had the worst response.I can't let that guy stand up.They seem to be selling breakfast as well, and it costs 700 yen, which is pretty lame. The breakfast set meals at Matsuya and Yoshinoya are much better.Even though I told them that I was making a reservation through a company and only wanted a receipt for the 200 yen accommodation tax, they also provided me with a receipt for breakfast.I could only wonder if they couldn't understand Japanese.

Although it is a little far from the nearest station, you can stay there for a reasonable price. Breakfast (700 yen) doesn't have many items, but I think it's enough for breakfast.

The facility is old, but the location is good.Within 10 minutes walk from Tenjin Station. There is also an affiliated parking lot nearby, so you can come by car.If you use an affiliated parking lot, the parking fee is 1000 yen. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is inconvenient that the air conditioning in the rooms does not have a temperature control function in each room.Breakfast is buffet style. I'm glad that there aren't many items. I get confused when there are so many items, but it feels like they have been carefully selected. All delicious.I also appreciate the all-you-can-eat mentaiko.Chikuzenni is also available, so you can enjoy local cuisine starting in the morning.

Although it can't be helped that the fire alarm goes off at 5am, there are no speakers in the cabin to notify you of the alarm or information, so I couldn't hear the information clearly. I didn't know if I should evacuate or if it was okay to stay. Not being able to hear emergency guidance is a safety issue. I think disrespecting the lives of guests is the worst thing an accommodation facility can do.I think it's common for facilities like this to not issue an alarm immediately even if the detector is activated (the alarm is issued to the entire building only after confirmation has been made). In the end, it turned out to be a false alarm, but I think it would be appropriate to apologize at the time of check-out.Other things that caught my attention are as follows.Air conditioning can only adjust the air volume. It was cold so I turned it on and cold air came out.Soundproofing is not good. You can also hear conversations in the hallway. The room key was not a card key, so it was a hassle to have to stop by the front desk every time I went out.As mentioned above, there are some noticeable issues with the facilities, but the staff were very responsive.

Even though it was winter, the room was so cold that I caught a cold. A friend of mine said it was always cold. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and it is impossible to change the temperature. I set it to High, but the cold wind was blowing out all the time, and I didn't feel any different, just colder. What is the point of the hotel in not responding to such complaints even though they have been making such complaints for a long time?

A long-established hotel with good access within a 10-minute walk from Tenjin StationAlthough the locks and other items seem a bit old, the convenience of nearby convenience stores and Kuroneko-san shops is outstanding.
