It's an affordable accommodation with a great location.Too big for a coupleWe were a large family of 6 people.First of all, there are three double beds, but they are uncomfortable because they are old spring type.It's not comfortable and I can't move because the creaking noise is annoying.The bedroom and living room are separated, and the kitchen has most cooking utensils and dishes, so it looks convenient, but I didn't use it.There's a microwave, so it's great for warming up packed lunches.The location is the best as it is just a short train ride from Hakata Airport and about a 3-minute walk from the station.Hakata Station is only a short distance away by train, but it's difficult to get there on foot.There are restaurants nearby, so if you look carefully you can find a lot of good ones.There is a supermarket so it is good for buying daily necessities or packed lunches.This is a good accommodation for families of 4 or more.When checking in during the day, it is unmanned on the 1st floor.It is held on the 3rd floor at night.You check in by entering your information on a tablet.The name and passport number of the guest must be entered in advance.It is better to do it in advance.In the end, you will have to enter everything manually on your tablet.

I was embarrassed by the lack of kitchen utensils.A few cheap plastic dishes and no kitchen utensils at all.I worry about hygiene because there is no microwave lid.There wasn't even a suitable hand mop.Please refrain from thinking about it on the sofa.It was hard because I was sweaty. It's hot but it's coldOther than that it was good

This is the best location and comfortable accommodation for a trip of 5 men.However, instead of checking in on the 3rd floor as shown in the search, an unmanned check-in room and counter are operated on the 1st floor.Advance check-in is convenient.If you scan the QR sent on your tablet during pre-check-in, you can check in immediately and will be provided with your room number and password for the key box in front of the door.Hakata Station is a limited stop, and other areas can be easily connected by train.It is located right across the bridge from Exit 2 of the nearby Higashihie Station.

I do not recommend staying here. The property is unstaffed, it has only a check-in kiosk.There was an issue with the payment system, and the online help desk was not able to help.Despite this, they still charge 80% to cancel the booking (billed through Agoda, ironically).I ended up booking a hotel nearby instead.

It's great value for moneyHighly recommended if you are going on a family trip.It was very uncomfortable because the accommodations in Japan were small, but this place is really spacious.The location is also good, with Sunny Mart 3 minutes away from Higashi Station (good value, with sales at night).And I like that the space is separated.The bedroom, living room and bathroom are completely separate.And the accommodation facilities are well-equipped.Especially in hotels and lodgings, the shampoo doesn't lather well, but this one lathers well and smells good.I don't leave reviews unless it's a review event, but I'm leaving one.Highly recommended for those who like value for money!!Oh, no soundproofing!

The location was great and there was a large supermarket and drug store nearby so I made good use of it.This is a great accommodation for traveling with family.Self check-in was available on the 3rd floor of the building, which was very convenient. Check-out is also possible at the accommodation.It's close to the airport, so you don't have to worry about taking a taxi to the airport.There are times when the sound of traffic is a bit noisy at night.I was very satisfied ^^I will use it again~

Newly renovated rooms in an old building but not expensive. The condition is quite good. Spacious room size, clean mattress, close to the train station.
