The location is superb. The room is not very detailed, and there are not many types of supplements available, only the most basic ones. The height of the bathroom is a bit short, but there is plenty of space. The light switch configuration is a bit old but not in the way. The mattress is a bit soft. Overall good.

It's close to the station, and the sidewalk to the station is clean and easy to walk! The front desk staff was kind, and the cleaning was spot on, so I was able to stay comfortably for several nights. The coin laundry was also convenient!

Well located and clean hotel. It's a few minutes walk from Hakata Station and had plenty of restaurants / convenience stores around. We stayed in a superior double room which are spacious and well laid out. Bed was big enough to fit 3 of us (2 adults and a 4 year old). Corridors smell a little funny, but thankfully that doesn't go into the room.Breakfast was nothing to shout about. You get to choose a continental or Japanese breakfast.

The hotel's just a stone's throw away from Hakata Station (from the Airport Subway Exit which has lesser crowds to navigate from), making it super convenient. Lawson is right downstairs (well-stocked, too!) with many eateries around the area. The lobby area is pretty straightforward, equipped with locker space to store luggage plus auto-check in/out machines by the lift. Staff are helpful too.The room is basic, comfortable and clean. Housekeeping is done almost everyday (even though they told us it's done once every 3 days), so that's a huge plus. I loved that the hotel provided laundry machines on the 4th floor too, very convenient!

The hotel has a funny/strange smell and also I cannot open the window because of the smell of the restaurante next to the hotel. This is an strong low pointIt has a great location. Also there is a tax to pay depending on how many nights you'll be there and you need to pay it on the check inThe hotel is a bit outdated, the room also a bit small and a bit overpriceService desk skills in English depends on who is there.
