The hotel itself is old and lacks soundproofing, but the interior has been renovated and is beautiful.I don't have any meals, so I don't know, but Yume Town and various restaurants are within walking distance, so I don't think it will be an inconvenience. There is a lounge exclusively for hotel guests. There is a charge for beer and chuhai, but I am very happy that there is a lounge where you can get other alcohol, juices, dry goods, pickles, and soft serve ice cream for free.

Business use.I've stayed here several times, but there are no other options around here. Should I go to Arao or Yanagawa? If you don't like it, go here.Is the hotel itself a luxury hotel from the Showa era that was not intended for business? Facilities full of atmosphere that could not be renovated in the Heisei era.The room is a decent size, but the water area smells like sewage. The front desk doesn't respond well, but it feels like it's the minimum necessary, and it's not pleasant, but some people may feel uncomfortable at the first step. The hotel itself is old, but I can forgive it if it has a hospitality spirit, but I would definitely not use it for anything other than business purposes.

Although it is close to the nearest station, you will have to take another train to go to the tourist attractions. I was concerned that the paint on the outside of the hotel was a little peeling, but when I stepped inside I was surprised at how clean it was. There is also a lounge exclusively for guests, where you can enjoy free and unlimited alcoholic beverages such as juice, shochu and champagne, as well as soft serve ice cream. I was attracted to the fact that there are vending machines for soft drinks and alcoholic beverages not only at the front desk but also on the guest room floors, so you can quickly solve problems such as wanting to drink juice or beer. There are three breakfast options: Western food, Japanese food, and Ankake Yakisoba (as of 2024/08/13), and all of them had great taste. Ideal for people who want to relax while touring Fukuoka's world heritage sites and designated cultural properties.

While I was staying there, a fire broke out on the second floor of the hotel. There was a broadcast asking people to slowly evacuate to the first floor.I knew that elevators were prohibited during earthquakes and fires, but there were no instructions on whether or not to use the emergency stairs.Even after we evacuated to the lobby on the first floor, the staff did not confirm the number of people or confirm our safety.A firefighter asked the staff if everyone had evacuated, but I don't think they were able to answer. Some time after we evacuated, some people were drinking sparkling wine and toasting in the lounge on the first floor, and eating soft serve ice cream. As expected of Japanese people? In the second broadcast,“We have opened all the doors to the lobby, so if you feel unwell, please come outside.”“I hope everyone can come out.”When I was told this, I didn't know if I should go outside or if I wasn't feeling well, I should stay in the lobby. With instructions like this, if there had been a major fire that was life-threatening, I might have died.

I made a reservation for a deluxe single, but this time my room was upgraded to a twin. I was also able to use the guest lounge for free, and although there was a drink time limit, I was able to drink delicious sparkling wine, highballs, wine alcohol, and soft drinks. The staff was very responsive and kind.
