This place was in the middle of nowhere, have to walk for 10 or more minutes no matter if you’re taking a bus or subway. The room was stinky and the mirrors were dirty. The facilities are nice.

When checking in for a family of five, it took a long time because we had to enter personal information for all five people. There is a completely residential area around 15 minutes walk from Hakata Station. There is no restaurant or anything. Convenience store 5 minutes walk.Still, the facilities were new, so they were clean and nice.Cost-effective if a family of four or five sleeps togetherIt's really good, but be prepared to walk to Hakata Station. You have to do it. It's so hot that I always call a taxiI went there. There was a Chinese person in the room on the third night?? I'm eating itThe fire alarm went off due to the heavy smoke. At night, everyone in the building evacuated. The fire truck came and there was chaos haha. When I think about it now, it’s a memory.

*Evaluations are from nearby residents, not customers.Fire alarms go off frequently during the night. (Maybe it's a malfunction or the guest is smoking inside the room)Foreign customers often smoke and litter on other people's property, and also use garbage dumps without permission.I think it's difficult for the hotel to deal with this, but it's the worst.

The accommodation is very clean and cost-effective, and compared to the price? I like it because it’s spacious. The surroundings are also very quiet. It takes about 10-15 minutes on foot to Hakata Station, and 7-Eleven and Family Mart are nearby. However, because it was an unmanned hotel, I couldn't ask for extra towels and it was difficult to ask questions about the beam project, so it was a little inconvenient.
