It’s quite a walk from Hakata station if you have heavy luggages.Booked a room for 3 persons and got a bed and a sofabed. There’s not much room for luggages to be opened.Hot water temperature is digitally controlled so it was good. The room is clean.Easy to get in and out of the property.Overall it was ok.The best thing is that you can leave your luggages at the looby before/after checkin.

This is an apartment-type accommodation facility with self-catering facilities.Even though the room was a little small, it wasn't a problem to stay in.It’s a 6-8 minute walk from Hakata Station!

It's relatively convenient, about 7-8 minutes walk from the station. The appeal is the low price. The room was one room and not large, but it had all the necessary facilities so there was no inconvenience. Recommended for use by 1 to 2 people. I think it's totally possible if you're just planning to stay overnight and keep your travel costs down. Although it was noisy outside in the city, it was surprisingly quiet inside.

Located about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. There is a paid parking lot and a vending machine for drinks is located at the hotel entrance.Although it is an unmanned hotel, security and management are good.At the time of stay in April 2024, 3 people occupied a room on the 3rd floor. It's nice that the toilet has a bidet and is separate from the bathroom. The washroom and bathroom are together, but I like that they are separate. It's nice to have a kitchen and refrigerator at the entrance. There are basic kitchen utensils so you can cook simple meals, and it's nice to have a microwave and coffee pot. There is a hair dryer and several power cords, so it is convenient, and floor heating is available, so the floor is warm. There are two sets of blankets, so two people can sleep on the floor. The bed is low, but it is large enough to sleep two people. There is a veranda so you can dry your laundry easily. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean, so three adult men had a good rest.

It's about a ten-minute walk from Hakata Station. You can clearly hear the sound of trains moving at night.

Room: 3 men stayed in the room and it was spacious and comfortable. I slept on the floor in a room with one mattress and a futon, but since it was a room with underfloor heating, I slept comfortably. Looking at the structure, it seemed like a Japanese studio or mansion operated like a hotel, but it was actually nice (especially the lock was a regular door lock, not a card or key). And it had a refrigerator, microwave, induction, and coffee pot, so it was perfect for a late-night snack.Service: It's a bit inconvenient because it's unmanned, but it's no problem. You can go to the passport registration site that was sent to you by email in advance, enter it, and check the email at check-in to see if there are any additional requests.Location: It's within a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station or a quick bike ride away. Also, it's nice that there's Seven on the way. Also, the veranda had a river view, so the atmosphere was nice.

I wish there was more explanation so that even seniors could understand how to use it.
