refrigerator is too smallI can't get into anything.It's too difficult to adjust the amount of hot water.It would be nice to have a parking lot large enough to park multiple buses, but there are no staff who can turn it around.There should be at least three people.There were times when I was alone and had to wait in long lines for long phone calls.

I think the size and cleanliness of this room is great for this price. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations since it was such a cheap hotel, but it was as clean as a normal business hotel. There were no screens on the windows, so there was a warning not to open them, but I had no complaints. What's more, a free breakfast buffet is included. Although the number of items is small, considering the price of accommodation, I am very satisfied! The location is inconvenient if you don't have a car, but for those with a car, there is a large free parking lot, which is very helpful. I will be using this again!

However, I think the rooms are larger than normal business hotels. Cleaning is also thorough. Plus, breakfast is free. In my photo, the portions are small, but I wanted to eat a small portion as I was planning to have lunch with a friend right after this day.I made a reservation online. At that time, I was only able to reserve smoking rooms. Therefore, in the field where you can write other messages, I wrote, ``I have booked a smoking room, but if possible, please change to a non-smoking room.'' When I checked in, she told me that she had changed me to a non-smoking room, which made me very happy. Although your wishes won't necessarily come true, I was glad that they took your small requests seriously.There was a book written by this hotel's manager in the room, and I read a little of it, but as a manager myself, I learned a lot. If it is available on my next business trip, I will definitely use it. Thank you for all the help you have given me.

I am staying here today.The overall rating is 1 because there were no negative points.Since I was tired, I told my wife that I was going to have dinner at Joyful, a restaurant here.When I went to Joyful with my wife, she told me that it was unusual for her to eat there, and that she couldn't eat there.I also noticed that children and their mothers who seemed to live nearby were running wild at the Joyful restaurant, with children walking on the sofa with shoes on and screaming. And none of the mothers are warned.As long as we as a group are doing well and having fun, we can go wild.The person in charge of ordering at Joyful told me that it would take another 30 to 40 minutes for my husband and I to order because there was a group of local people with children.Should guests be prioritized?I have doubts about the hotel's management policy of prioritizing local riotous groups in the outfield.Those who will be using this hotel from now on would be wise to consider that it is not possible to have dinner at this hotel.This violent group seems to appear frequently.As a result, the dinner fee is more than the accommodation fee, which makes me angry.I can't help but bow to the front desk staff at the hotel and the staff at Joyful.I can't help but feel sorry for her.I don't think this hotel will develop unless it prioritizes the guests over the violent groups.Ladies and gentlemen, although it is fine to stay at this hotel, we do not recommend using the attached Joyful restaurant for dinner.It turned out to be a fun trip, and it was a waste of money.I will no longer stay at Hotel AZ hotels.Thank you very much for your time.

I stayed there for work. When I went to the Sunday breakfast buffet around 9am, the fried eggs, bacon, and meatballs were out of stock, and there was no mentaiko and no raw eggs as usual. When I tried to get rice, it was out of stock. "The rice will be ready at 9:30," he said. The reason is ``because I was able to eat a lot of food.'' I laugh here. Do you usually say things like this? As soon as the rice was cooked at 9:30 a.m., the staff member immediately hung a sign on the door saying, "We are closed for this morning." Even though the order stop was at 9:30, I think there were some customers who wanted to come later because they didn't have any food. What's going on here?

Thank you for taking care of me for two days at my child's game.I stayed in a smoking room, but there was a smell of cigarettes coming from the hallway. Unfortunately, there was no air purifier or deodorant spray in the room.I smoke, but the smell bothers me, so I opened the window and smoked, but it was cold.I think it would be helpful to have a deodorizing spray or air purifier in the room.It was also inconvenient that there was no outlet near the bed.The TV was small, but it wasn't an inconvenience for watching.The refrigerator was also small, but no problem.I had breakfast at Joyful and the quality was just average.The store staff was kind and helpful.The response from the receptionist was also very easy to understand.I would also like to use it when I go to Fukuoka.
