It's a little far from the station, a fifteen-minute walk.Note that the time cannot be extended, so be careful not to oversleep.The check-in procedure is a bit cumbersome and may take about five minutes if you are not familiar with it.The room is quite large and comfortable, with a washing machine attached. If you are tired of staying in hotels, you can try it out.

It is about a 10-15 minute walk from Hakata Station and is located near a residential area, so it has a stronger local feel than a tourist area.Perhaps due to the brand change from Grand base to All stay, the map may sometimes be displayed incorrectly in the Agoda app. Please take a look at Google Maps7-Eleven is a 3-minute walk away, and there are local restaurants nearby, making it great for dining.I used a room for 10 people and it had a nice atmosphere and was clean. The interior is very pretty and the amenities are sufficient. The facilities are perfect, but there may be some bugs. It's not something to worry about, but I recommend throwing away trash on time.Agoda may not provide the front door password, so you will need to check it over the phone. Self-check-in may take some time, and due to Japan (Fukuoka)'s accommodation tax policy, you must pay a tax equal to the number of people * period of stay * 200 yen. You can also use Kakao Pay.

Six people stay in an eight-person room, which is very spacious.The price is very affordable.Self-service check-in requires a remote call with a staff member.In-room facilities include kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine.The bathroom exhaust fan has a strong drying function.Go out in the morning, hang up the laundry, and dry it when you come back.It's close to the station and airport. If the number of people allows,You can consider taking a taxi to and from the airport station.There is an uphill road to Hakata Station, and it will be a bit difficult to drag your luggage. If you want to go directly to the airport, you can consider taking the subway to Higashihie Station. The journey is gentle, but the distance is a little farther. The escalator and elevator are at exits 3 and 5 respectively.It is surrounded by residential areas and there are not many shops.There is a 7-11 nearby for shopping, and there are several restaurants further away.This time I live on the first floor, and sometimes I hear sounds from upstairs.But maybe because I was too tired, it didn’t matter if I fell asleep.

I stayed here for eight days. There was no hotel, so when I checked in, I used an iPad to deal with the remote administration. There were Chinese people who could speak Mandarin, so communication was smooth.The room is quite large, with a simple kitchen, refrigerator and freezer! This is the first time I stayed in a room with a freezer. I thought it was great and also had a microwave.The toilet is separated from wet and dry, and the shower room is very drying. After washing, you can hang your clothes directly there and dry them in one night.There are many and sufficient sockets in the room.The only drawback is that1. There are no extra garbage bags or garbage collection provided. It is very disturbing when the garbage is full.2. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the station. Sometimes if you are tired, those 15 minutes can be excruciating 😂Other than that everything is great!Check-in time is 2024.06.10-17
