The rooms are spacious and comfortable, as shown in the photos.I visited in September, and it was about 35 degrees outside, but the air conditioner was turned on beforehand, so I was very attentive.The floor mats are separate, so I think they replace the dirty ones, but there are some stains.However, I didn't really mind because I could use the provided disposable slippers and there was a sofa so I didn't have to sit directly on the floor.A typical business hotel might have some stains, so if you don't roll around on the floor, I don't think it will be a problem.There is a vacuum cleaner in the room, so you can clean it if you feel like it, and if your child is moping around, you can sit on the floor by pulling out a change of sheets as a rug.For TV, you can use recent tools such as terrestrial digital, Netflix, YouTuber, etc.The cleanliness of the water area is no different from that of a typical business hotel. It's like visiting a friend's beautiful house.Towels and sheets are changed regularly and there are no strange odors.For check-in, if you make a reservation on the reservation site, you will receive an 8-digit check-in code, so enter it into the check-in machine at the 1F entrance to complete the check-in procedure.There are three check-in machines, and the screen on the right-most one is not very responsive, and people keep entering numbers you didn't even press, so it's best to use the middle or left one. (As of September 2024)It's a typical apartment structure, so you can hear loud voices and footsteps, but it's not a big deal. It's about the same level as the noise from outside the window.The location is about 5 minutes walk from Riverain. Access is good as you can take the subway from Nakasu Kawabata to Hakata and Tenjin.There are 5 coin parking spaces on the premises and several locations across the road.It is possible to stay for a long time with check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00, so I would like to use it again next time.

After entering numerous times, it came out “Data Not Found” ! Totally incompetent and inefficient when I called them, they couldn’t even figure out what’s wrong!!! Wasted my time! Do not use this place! Terrible management staffs with no customer service experience whatsoever! Also, without informing us in advance, they violated our privacy by budging into our room early in the morning! Without ringing our bell, they proceeded to unlock our door! Pretending to repair the room! How ridiculous and rude!The most unpleasant and disgustingly obnoxious management!Do not use this place. It’s horrid!

This was the only aparthotel I could book as it was a three-day weekend and I had small children, so I had no choice but to live up to the bad reviews: the floor was full of stains, the sheets and pillows had blood on them, and they were never washed! Moreover, as soon as I opened the closet, I was so mad! The futon was full of stains and mold! Unsanitary for small children! Even though the reviews say that the cleaning is not done properly, I am disappointed in the lack of care. I want a refund! The vacuum cleaner is also covered in dust, and if you clean the IH with a heater, everything will be clean! Even if you are a professional, you can't even do the level of cleaning that housewives can do? Or do you just tell the staff that they can clean as they see fit? I doubt that they are educating.Also, there are too many photos. It's so dirty that it's a lie. I can't see the night view like that. It's small. I told you that you could sleep 5 people in that room. The family room is not a family room at all.I couldn't even use the mentioned WiFi. Worst hotel.
