Because I wanted to watch the CNBLUE concert, 25-26 May 2024, I stayed at B Residence and was very satisfied! The room rate is very affordable (I booked via Agoda for only 350 thousand) and the location is very strategic.Room conditions are also clean! Also given toiletries & 2 bottles of mineral water. The bathroom is clean, the bed sheets are also surprisingly clean. AC works well.Yesterday I got a room on the 37th floor, thinking it would take a long time in the elevator, but it turned out the elevator was really fast. Don't queue/wait too long 😙It is walking distance from AEON. Really, just walk straight a little and you'll get there. Continue to the concert location (ICE Hall 1) which is also close. Take a leisurely walk in just 15 minutes to get to the venue. Along the road it's shady & nice while looking at the shady trees hehehee. Maybe the distance for the other halls is still walkable & tolerable, just add a few minutes, right 😄So when you go to/come home from watching a concert, you don't need to bother looking for a motorbike taxi, because you just have to walk. Yesterday when I came home at 12 at night the road conditions were really raspy. Lots of street vendors & young people hanging out. Don't be afraid of being quiet.Oh yes, before staying there is a deposit of 100 thousand. But when you check out, you'll return it later 😊

It's quite complete, there's an Indomaret, a Korean restaurant, there's also a laundry. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The AC is cold and there is cable TV too

RedLiving Apartment B Residence BSD - BE Urban Hotel.Reference for a place to stop and stay if there is a need in the BSD Serpong area, such as office matters, watching a concert or just going on holiday.Strategic location, close to ICE BSD, you can walk 8-10 minutes, if you go by car it takes around 4-5 minutes (+- 1.6 km) because you have to turn around.Also close to AEON Mall BSD or the Prasetya Mulya University campus area.Facilities: There is quite a lot of parking available from P1-P5, because the route is uphill and curved, make sure the vehicle is in good health so that it doesn't break down in the middle of the road when heading to the parking area. If you feel your vehicle is not suitable or are worried about the height, you can choose the parking area in the row below (if still available).To exit the parking lot, if you park at P1, you don't need to be afraid of turning again because the road conditions immediately decline.For guests staying overnight, make sure that when checking in the "Parking Stroke" has been stamped by the Administration, so that when you leave there is no bill for parking fees.The lift facilities have three lift options that can take guests to fly quickly to the 39th floor. The two lifts in the middle and right seem to be used for guests and apartment residents, and the 1 lift on the far left seems to be used as a goods lift, but can also take you to the other floor. The highest is the 39th floor.Downstairs there is a mini market that can fulfill your needs for snacks or drinks.Korean snacks are also available downstairs, or if you want more variety, you can look for snacks around the apartment.Bedroom facilities are quite good.Bathroom Shower with two choices of warm and cold water.It's really something, for Muslims in the room there is a Qibla direction which is probably rare in most places.AC for a family with two children is not a problem, it even gets cold in the middle of the night.Service: the officers are quite friendly, including the security officers.Surrounding view: Be careful when looking at the surrounding view from the height of the apartment balcony, don't lean on the balcony railing wall because the wind gusts are very large.At night and early in the morning, the surrounding traffic can really color life in the city of Serpong.The night view looks like the air is foggy, is Serpong always full of smoke like this?Come on, this place can be a reference for you to spend the night.
