The price is very reasonable and it is clean. I highly recommend it for a trip of 1-2 people!!Although it is smaller than other hotels, I am very satisfied because the price is so cheap. It may be a bit difficult for families, so I think it would be a good idea to make a reservation for 1-2 people or friends in small groups. I think there were other people on the same floor, but I didn't hear anything, so it seems like the soundproofing was good. The bathroom is in the form of a booth, and the water pressure is strong, and the mirror has heating elements on the face area, so it doesn't fog up. (The details are creepy...) The staff are very friendly, and it's very close to Gion Station. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, and if you want to shop, you can walk to Hakata. Personally, it was a perfect hotel with no flaws.Worth noting: 3 days for a long-term stay? They clean every time, and when you check in, you write down the cleaning date. It says that cleaning is done between 10:00 and 15:00, but they asked about the cleaning time by phone at 10:00 that morning. I was a little embarrassed because I received it while I was sleeping, but I think it would be a good idea to decide the day before going to bed when you will ask me to clean it according to your schedule on the day of cleaning.

The cost-effectiveness, location, and friendliness of the staff were all good. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, and you can do laundry and dry for 500 yen.It is a 5-7 minute walk from Exit 2 of Gion Station, so accessibility is very convenient. If I come to Fukuoka again, I think I will come here☺️

It's not too far from Hakata Station to walk, but it's in a quiet location.I was so grateful to have a coffee server that I could drink anytime! (You can also drink caffe latte, cocoa, etc.)The room is very clean and the bed is big so you can relax. The bath wasn't that big, but it was deep enough that I was able to relax. I would like to use it again

It was clean and the room was compact and beautiful. However, I requested a receipt, but I did not receive one. I don't need a statement....If the welfare benefits don't work, it will end up costing me a lot of money... but that's a shame.

It is very close to Gion Station, which is right near Hakata Station. The location was great as it allowed direct access to Fukuoka's main tourist attractions. As I was talking to the staff at the counter on the first floor to check in, there were Korean sentences written on a crumpled note. In addition, he was a cute employee with a friendly smile. I'm not good at Japanese, but they explained things well in Korean, so I was able to easily check in without Papago's help. The rooms are not big. However, considering the price, it was okay for the city center, and because it was a newly built place, it was very clean and clean, and the air purifier and humidifier that came with the heater made it feel cozy. The bed was convenient and there were no inconveniences during the stay.
