The room space is just right and very comfortableIt has everything you need, including ice machines, vending machines, coin-operated washing machines, and microwaves. The service staff are also very friendly. Several times when we came back and just walked into the lobby, a service staff rushed to help us press the elevator first. It was really flattering~The overall stay experience was very good!

It is a 2-minute walk from the Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station (side entrance), a 6-minute walk to the Hakata Bus Terminal, and a 2-minute walk to the subway entrance. There are two FamilyMarts next to the hotel. There are also many department stores and shopping malls in Hakata Station, which are really convenient for shopping and dining. As soon as you step into the restaurant, a comfortable aroma hits your nose. The staff at the counter and restaurant are very friendly and have a good service attitude. You can choose Japanese or Western breakfast for breakfast. When checking in, the counter staff will ask and mark the meal time. The supplies are quite abundant, the toiletries are from LIGZY, as well as water, milk and cleansing oil from Sekkisei (only available in certain room types), the hair dryer is from SALONIA, and there are two bottles of water every day. There are single packs of bath powder available at the counter, allowing travelers to take a good bath and relieve the fatigue of the day.During our three-day stay, we had breakfast at a restaurant (restaurant on the 2nd floor: Shogetei Hakata Main Branch). Although only drinks were buffet-style, the Japanese food on the second day (鲲の香ダレ Pickけ&鲣 Pickle) and the Western-style food on the last day were both delicious. There is no repetition, the ingredients are fresh and the seasoning is moderate, and you can feel the full care of the hotel and restaurant.(But there is really a lot of room for improvement in Western-style bread)This time I stayed in the largest room type, but I personally think it may be because it can also be used as a 3-person room (with a sofa bed). However, there is really too little space for hanging clothes and storage, and the trouser press also takes up a lot of space. I hope there is a small room. Tables and chairs allow people to take a break, and there is room for improvement in the room configuration. The pillows were too low and too soft for me, so I didn't sleep well. The bed was also a bit soft but acceptable. The overall cleanliness is pretty good, and the humidifier is also very clean. However, there will be booklice caused by the humid environment wandering in the gaps in the toilet tank. As soon as I found it, I used toilet paper to send it to the west (so I didn’t take a bath for three nights... and then closed the door and left it open to ventilate the entire day. Reduce the humidity at night and the booklice will be less likely to come out)It is very interesting that the folding method of toilet paper roll is very unique (but after covid-19, I will tear off the folded section and not use it)The location of the hotel is very good. It is convenient to go to Kyushu and Honshu. The breakfast is also well-deserved.Accommodation date: 2024.09.30~10.03Accommodation room type: Deluxe Simon’s Twin

Overall, the experience is good. In terms of location and surrounding convenience, the price is quite reasonable. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you can hear the front desk staff greeting you cordially, and there is no problem with simple English conversation. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel's bath and shampoo products are of the highest quality among the affordable hotels I have stayed in so far. The shampoo and conditioner are not dry or tangled after use. The shower gel also has a relatively mild aroma. Wash your hands. The plant fragrance of the facial cleansing products is also amazing. In particular, there are Sekkisei products in the bathroom for guests to use, the hair dryer is powerful, and YouTube can be watched on the TV. I feel very good after staying here for 6 days. The room is equipped with an air purifier and humidifier, which is well-intentioned, but the filter of the air purifier is covered with a thick layer of dust, which makes people hesitate to turn on the air purifier. This part of the room is not clean enough.Since I stayed here for 6 days, I have stayed on the 5th floor and the 3rd floor respectively due to my travel arrangements. I don’t know if the two floors are owned by different cleaning staff. I feel that the housekeeping on the 5th floor is more thorough and careful. If I continue to stay, I will get a new one. Towels are neatly placed, toilet paper is replenished, and the room has been moved or kept as it is after the extended stay. There is also a note explaining that the above is reassuring. However, the housekeeping on the 3rd floor generally feels more casual, such as extending the stay. The new clean towels were placed haphazardly so that they were half hanging on the iron shelf. The toilet paper rolls were pulled in the wrong direction. There was water inside the refrigerator after it was opened before it was used. There was also some black mold on the door side of the refrigerator, as if it had not been there for a long time. After opening the cleaning, the ECO cleaning sign was placed casually and crookedly. It was completely different from the good feeling I had when I stayed on the 5th floor. It seems that the hotel will also respond to this Google review. If the hotel sees this review, the above is the actual stay experience, and the hotel is provided as a reference for improvement.

The room is super small, especially the bed. I have never seen such a small double bed. It is difficult to even turn over. There is a cleaning board at the door, but it is not cleaned at all. I only take out the trash and fill up with water...😞
