I saw it in a video posted by a junk streamer. I was surprised that I could smoke on the balcony and that if I complained, the price would be lower. I could see the room next door through the balcony and could hear the conversations of other guests in the restaurant. I would like to stop the live broadcast.

Front staff: I want foreigners to quit. I really want Japanese people to stay. They don't understand.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath called "Izeki."The quality of the spring water was very good, you could smell the sulfur, and the water was thick. The room seemed to have been renovated only a few years ago and was very clean. The hair dryer was an expensive Dyson one. There was a capsule type coffee maker, and I was able to drink delicious coffee for free. There were two TVs installed, and the main large TV was able to use streaming services such as "TVer" and "Amazon Prime Video".The toilet had a washlet function and was very clean. The food for both dinner and breakfast was delicious, with a large selection and quantity. There was also a lot of attention paid to the containers and the way they were presented.Since it was my second stay, I was able to get a free drink with dinner. At breakfast, I was able to enjoy hot coffee, oolong tea, pickled vegetables, natto, etc., and I was able to get refills as much as I wanted. All the staff made me feel at home and I had a good impression.I stayed on a Saturday in a room with an open-air bath with natural hot spring water, and the cost was about 35,000 yen for two people, so I thought it was very cost-effective.

The quality of the hot springs and facilities are good, but the staff's response is a bit lacking. I stopped by for a hot spring, but I guess it's natural that guests are given priority, but I felt like it was a lord's business.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, and I think the cost performance was very good. The only disappointing thing was that the hallway was extremely hot.

・Rooms have been renovated and are beautiful・The open-air bath is only available in private baths. The public bath is not large, but it has a nice atmosphere and is fine as long as it is not crowded. For some reason, there is a charge for changing bath towels. The private bath is affordable and easy to use.・I think it depends on your plan for dinner, but it's neither good nor bad, and each dish is delicious, but I'd like to see more.-Customer service is average. Some people felt uncomfortable.・I received water at check-out, but I would like to drink it inside the hotel if possible. It's heavy and can be a hassle for people who want to board a plane right away.

You can drink the radon spring, and it's just the right amount of heat...I'm so happy that I was able to find my favorite hot spring after going down by mistake.

Big failure. I come near Ukiha City from time to time, but I will never come back to Chikugogawa Onsen for the night. It's a waste to pay for services that have become fossilized. The receptionist is also a foreigner and cannot speak Japanese at all. And not a single dish was delicious.40,000 yen for 2 people. Failed. You can stay at a Marriott etc. without meals.Make a reservation and enter only Chikugogawa Onsen. It's much better to go to Shirakabe Street to eat.The Chikugo River has good temperature. The accommodation is all finished.I would like to stay at a nearby hotel like Harazuru.I definitely recommend it! Chikugogawa Onsen isWaste of money!

The texture of the hot springs is the best. The family bath on the rooftop and the river view from the room are also attractive.I was with a 2-year-old child, but all the adults were able to have a fun and relaxing stay together. The inn is old, but the price is low, so it's perfect!

I was surprised because it was the first time that dessert (and ice cream) was served in the middle of a meal. After eating the ice cream, he resumed eating, but it was an incident that showed that he didn't really care about his customers.
