Store No. 2 is very close to Hakata Station, and there is also a convenience store across the road. The lobby staff are friendly and courteous and will explain the hotel facilities clearly. The room you stay in has a waist massage machine to relieve fatigue.I have stayed in rooms on different floors and found that the toilets 🚽 all have peculiar smells. One room is very smelly, and the other room has a slight smell. I believe it is not a cleanliness issue. When you open the toilet door and enter, you will smell the smell of urine, which makes you not want to stay in the bathroom. It is suspected that there is leakage in the toilet seat or its floor pipe, which is causing this situation. Please check all rooms and deal with it as soon as possible.

The location is great. Right in front of Hakata Station. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and even an Aeon ATM nearby. The room was clean and didn't smell. It was a family room for three, with two double beds in the middle. There was 1 single, but 2 doubles would be enough for 3 people to sleep. I recommend it.

Of the 7 trips to Fukuoka, this was the one I liked the most and didn't like. The location may be okay as it is close to Hakata Station and the subway station, but dust is always flying around in the rooms and hallways. When I heard the room remote control, I was surprised to see so much dust flying around. (There was a lot of dust on the remote control.) The mattress made a creaking sound every time it was moved, and the bathroom. Yes, there was a really bad smell coming from the toilet, so even when the door was closed, the room smelled, and when I first opened the room door, it smelled damp and musty, so I opened the room door for 10 to 20 minutes to ventilate. The bathroom was only cleaned on the outside, and the shower was dirty. , The water mold was the worst... It was a non-smoking room, but when I was sleeping, I could smell cigarette smoke from somewhere and hear the sound of snoring from another room. The worst thing was that I made a reservation after confirming check-in at 2 o'clock on the accommodation reservation site, but when I was supposed to check in at 2 o'clock, it said 3 o'clock. I was so embarrassed that I wanted to show them my reservation, but they told me to check in at 2 o'clock. I needed to check out and go quickly, but when they asked me to call a taxi, they said I had to wait 5 minutes, so I knew that, but even after 15 minutes, it didn't come. I was anxious, so I went outside and waited, but there were a lot of empty taxis passing by, but the taxi I called from the hotel didn't come. When I said there was no time, the female staff member told me to wait. Just did it. (They didn't even explain that Colby was there) A male employee came outside and helped. After about 20 minutes, a taxi arrived.

It is located on the street near Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station. If you use the underground exit, you can use East 6 or East 7. There are escalators. Lawson convenience store and Daikoku Drug Store are nearby. Self-service coffee and chocolate hot drinks are available in the hotel lobby, and a washing machine and ice machine are also there. On the same floor, a small number of bathroom supplies are available for free selection. The family room is quite spacious, especially with a massager and beauty instrument. The electronic sterilizing wardrobe is better than ordinary hotels. It is not a central air-conditioning and can be adjusted by yourself. New water is replenished every day. The bed and pillows are also very comfortable. It is worth choosing again.
