I used it on a vacation with my family.Check in using a tablet using the unmanned check-in system.When checking in, the password to enter the check-in lobby was supposed to be sent to me by email the day before, but it did not arrive and I was unable to enter.I was able to call and get the password, but I was able to get in.Check-in is only possible from 4:00 pm, and it takes about 5 to 10 minutes per group.There were only two check-in tablets, so it was quite crowded.There were food scraps of sweets or something on the table in the room, and there was hair and dust visible on the floor, so I started by vacuuming.There was also water left in the kettle, which was very unpleasant.It seems like the cleaning is not done properly.It's a shame because the atmosphere and facilities of the room, the view from the balcony were good, and the location was within walking distance of Canal City and the downtown area.There is no parking lot at the hotel, but there is a coin parking lot in front of the hotel.The location was good, so I think it's good if you don't mind the cleaning part.

I'm a solo traveler and I got a room to myself that's a good size for 1-2 people.I read the online reviews of this place before I booked and was worried about the check-in process. Happy to say I had no issue at all.-(Check in procedures)They sent me the passcode for entering the building 2 days before and the address was easy to find.You'll need to check in before moving in, and they'll send you a barcode that you can use to scan using the iPad in the lobby to quickly check-in again on arrival. It's not complicated.Finally, you'll get your room number, the password to get in, etc, on the lobby iPad.-(Room)I liked my room. It's very clean everywhere other than one rubbish I found on the floor was left accidentally.It has a washing machine with detergent, and 4 hangers to dry your clothes on your balcony, it only took a night to dry everything.The balcony has a good view of the river.Shower temperature was very stable. Towels and toothbrushes were provided. I wish they had a more powerful hairdryer though.They even have a full body mirror and another mirror above the sink that has very good lighting for doing makeup.It has a fridge and a microwave, very convenient for a simple meal. I did not use their stoves so cannot review. They have very basics cutleries but I didn't see any plates/bowls.Vacuum was easy to use, good for me as I stayed here for 10 days. Two air-conditioners in the room.The double bed was reasonably comfortable. Plugs were where you'd need them to be.As other reviewers mentioned, there's no staff in this building, although they provided iPads in your room and in the lobby for contact.They can provide extra bin bags to deliver the next day if you ask them.-I'm happy with what I booked. It's everything I needed and of good value. Location was very central and in a quiet area. There's a 7-11 two minutes away by walk and a big shopping mall 5 mins away. Hakata station is 20mins away if you don't mind walking.I'll stay here again if I even come back to Hakata.

Cups were left dirty, the latch on the dressing room door was broken, the sunglasses were off, the sofa was dirty, and the vacuum cleaner was broken. It was in the worst condition.I will never stay there again.The only good thing is the location.Maybe it's not run by Japanese people.It was a shame that there was a washing machine but no dryer. It's nice to put on something like a bathroom dryer.I will never use it again.

The initial password was sent to me by email.There is no guide, so you have to do it on your own, but it's not a problem.If you come out of Canal City Gundam Shop, it is about 7 minutes away.There is a river view outsideCleaning is not provided during consecutive stays, but a washing machine is available.It's soft, can be washed, and the price is reasonable.There are delicious places nearby and a convenience store nearby.When a sudden problem occursThere may be difficulties if you cannot speak Japanese.
