If you only focus on either Tenjin or HakataI can't say it's a good locationThe surrounding area is really quiet, and I had a really special and fun experience at the food stalls right in front of the hotel, which you can't get at the food stalls waiting in line around the Nakasu River.The room was very spacious and I was lucky enough to experience a corner room.Sit on the terrace at the front desk on the second floor and enjoy your leisure time.I had a good rest

I booked the corner king room only based on the view. The room felt smaller than the video I saw, but compared to Japanese accommodations, it was much more spacious and the view was pretty and I loved it!!I went without knowing anything about the facilities, but breakfast was included and breakfast users were allowed one free drink, so I could use it in the 2nd floor lounge or the 3rd floor rooftop bar!! (3rd floor recommended because there are more alcoholic beverages on the 3rd floor than on the 2nd floor) There is a bathtub like a bathhouse, but I didn't use it, but it seemed good for relieving fatigue (I liked that it was available until 1 a.m.) You can also use the sauna, coffee, and ice cream. I liked the location and all the facilities. ~~ Most of the hotel users are Korean. lim

This location is perfect! It’s near everywhere you want to go in Fukuoka. The Ichiran ramen just 1 block away and lots great restaurants. The staffs are very friendly and good communication skills.The reception is on 2nd floor.Few floors has laundry machine, it cost 600 yen which is very handy!They have public Onsen(bath), it’s a huge plus.I highly recommend this hotel.

As I was renting a car, I had to park, but it was inconvenient because there was no parking space in the hotel. So, I received the Korean/Chinese version of the parking lot location, but it wasn't immediately searchable on Google Maps, so I had a hard time finding it.In the end, there was a parking lot nearby, but it was difficult to search using Google Maps, so the guidance was disappointing.It is a short distance from major Fukuoka spots (Hakata Canal City, Hakata Station, etc.), so there are major difficulties and disadvantages in moving around, but there is a Don Quijote within 3 minutes and a market, so it is good for eating. In particular, the fact that it is in front of the Anpanman Museum is a big advantage.The room condition was pretty good, but the first room I was given was not in very good condition. It was a bit dusty because there was a lot of dust. Still, it was good that they took action right away. The restrooms were clean, and the lobby, restaurant, and cafe on the 2nd floor, and the hot springs and outdoor terrace on the 3rd floor were also nice.If I visit again, this is a hotel I would like to use again.

Stayed in Oct 2024.Conveniently located.Breakfast is 5 stars!!Room is well layout.Onsen is sufficient.Luggages can be sent to domestic airport for pick up, so convenient!!!
