It was almost 2:00 pm on a weekday in early July, and I had a plat lunch without a reservation. Is it impossible because the parking lot is empty? I was worried, but it was ok.It was empty, so I was able to sit by the window with a nice view, but I feel like my level of satisfaction would be completely different depending on whether I could sit here or not. Although the sea can only be seen in the distance, it is very interesting to see the small mountains, railways, narrow roads that have not been expanded, and the secluded townscape. Maybe Manazuru is a hidden gem compared to Atami and Izu, which have become too touristy? When I first saw this scene, I became a Manazuru fan.It felt like an old-fashioned inn that suited the scenery, and it was a good experience for the children. There is no horigotatsu like in an izakaya, and you sit straight on tatami mats and cushions. There are no call buttons on the seats, and Mr. Nakai will serve you. Rather than being served the entire set meal, they brought out small bowls one by one. Although it looks old, the restrooms are still comfortable to use, so it was good. The food is delicious as it is inn quality. Since the coronavirus outbreak, there have been many restaurants that have limited servings, but this one was satisfying. I hope it stays like this in the future.

I used it in late January.I went with low expectations as I had made a reservation through a low-cost website. When I saw the entrance, I thought, "Oh...", but the main building where the guest rooms were located was beautiful. The room was clean and the food was amazing. There is a parade of seafood that is irresistible for seafood lovers, and I don't think you can get that quality at this price. It's not too far from Manazuru Station, and there's a Lawson and 7 nearby, so I think it's easy to access by train.I would like to use it again
