Cleanliness is a huge priority for me, and I was extremely disappointed. I found bits of toilet paper on the floor on one side of the bed, mold in the bathroom, hair that didn’t belong to me or my friend, and even in an unknown brown substance on the floor between the bathroom and bedroom. Absolutely unacceptable and the only reason I didn’t ask for a room change was because we had already started to unpack.Plus side: very good location to Namba Station, Dotonburi, and all the night lifeFriendly staff 👍
