Reading the reviews and questions on booking.com is very helpful and easy to understand☺️I stayed here after seeing them, and it was so good that I decided to stay here again the next time I come to Fukuoka! !Overall it was kept clean and I didn't feel uncomfortable in the common spaces.We were provided with room wear and towels (one large bath towel and one face towel), which was helpful as we were able to reduce the amount of luggage we had to carry.It was a very satisfying trip as it was easy to access and the staff were very helpful.There are Donki and convenience stores nearby, so if you need something, you can feel safe knowing you can buy more😆Please note that the capsule is not soundproof, so you can hear various sounds around you, so those who are sensitive to sound may need to be careful. I could hear snoring at night, or the sound of someone opening and closing the trunk and rearranging their luggage late at night.

Although the accommodation space of the hotel is small and the public space is not large, with only a few small seats, the overall environment is kept very clean, the space and lighting in the bed are sufficient, the bathroom is very tidy, and there is a public bath, which is very Nice stay experience

This place is not suitable for people carrying any form of luggage. The individual rooms are also not lockable, so leaving anything is a risk.The bed is like sleeping on the sidewalk. It is impossible and very stressful to sleep on, even in the first class room.But the worst part is, my reservation is completely non refundable, and staff are unwilling to help. So I have to endure this for a whole week. Definitely will not be staying here again, and STRONGLY do not recommend to anyone! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I stayed at a capsule hotel in Gates for the first time in a while, and it was as comfortable as a business hotel! ️It's becoming a regular place to stay these days.The staff's response is also perfect 🎵🎶

The room is too noisy. No staff is addressing the issue. It is inconvenient to give the access card to the staff when exit and ask for it when come back each time. The public area lacks vending machines (only one available). There is no private space outside the shower room for changing clothes, which is very inconvenient. The hair dryer has very weak airflow, and can't dry hair. The air conditioning in the room is insufficient, making it very stuffy. There are also no seats available to sit.

Yes, if you really just need an inexpensive overnight stay. Very quiet atmosphere, the air in the cabins is pleasantly cool, even in hot weather. There used to be a good restaurant one floor down, also for breakfast, but unfortunately no longer. In the basement there is a super food supermarket, with sashimi and sushi to take away, as well as warm dishes.
