Good rooms, a little quirky on the shape. Nice size for Japan. No staff at hotel, check-in via iPad and keylock, more like an Airbnb than a hotel.

It was beautiful. I thought it was spacious enough for one person to stay, but I didn't use the room behind the bed because it felt far away. The kitchen is also spacious.Since the location was remote and dark at night, I was a little scared to walk alone as a woman, so I took a taxi to the location. There is a Lawson a short walk away. I have a kettle but no mug. Unattended check-in is also smooth and convenient. It says check-in is until 10pm, but what would happen if it was later? There are many hotels in Hakata, so you may not need to go out of your way to stay here. The facilities and rooms are good.

In many ways, a major hotel might be better...😅Since I was there for 3 nights, I wondered if anyone would be bothered by the smell of people, so I opened the window and checked out.My hair was freshly dyed, so I brought a towel with me.I brought almost all of my consumables with me, so I brought detergent. Even though I didn't use anything other than a toothbrush, they made fun of me and demanded money, which was the worst experience...I understand your opinion, but I don't think my feelings are extremely unpleasant. 😢 You're always saying things like you trust the cleaning staff, but have you confirmed that it's really their fault...? I'm really sad now.

I stayed in room 506.There are two stoves, but the one in the back was broken so I could hardly use them. The washing machine smelled like gutter and every time I turned it on, it emitted a strange odor and I had to leave the window fully open. After checking out, I was told that there was no shampoo, body soap, etc. and was charged nearly 5,000 yen.I had brought everything with me, so I told her to check it properly as there was no way I would bring it with me.I have sent you some photos before cleaning. It's a one-off piece that wasn't there originally. If you look at the photos before cleaning, you will see that the trash can is in a completely different location, and that the powder such as potato starch that we left behind because we no longer need it is in the microwave, which we weren't supposed to put there. Photos etc. were sent to me.Maybe the cleaners played a prank or something. He sent me a photo of it and this is a photo before cleaning.I don't understand what they mean even if you say, ``Look, I don't think so.''In the first place, I don't need the shampoo and body soap that hotels provide, and I'm afraid I can't use it.I never brought anything like that home with me.In the end, he is treated as a thief. The management company's response has been slow and the issue has not yet been resolved. I will never stay againIf you don't want to be treated as a thief, it's better not to stay there.Either the cleaning company or the management company is hiding something that is inconvenient to them, so they are treating us as criminals.Someday, you may face something similar. To avoid this, I really recommend staying somewhere else.

New hotel, itself very nice. But because it is new, it will smell like it has just been renovated, so you need to keep the windows open for ventilation. It's a little far away from the convenience store and the station.

Stayed with family for one night. It had just opened, so everything was new and clean. I was able to watch YouTube and other videos in my room, and I was able to relax with my children in the large bed. It's a bit of a walk to get to the convenience stores and supermarkets, but the streetscape is old-fashioned and perfect for a walk.
