Amazing place to stay. Travelling as a family group, the rooms were great, living & kitchen area was spacious and the rooftop hot tub was a hit. Location was great, instructions to find it were easy to follow, very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

The location is good. It takes about 6 minutes to walk to Shinsaibashi (the intersection between Daimaru and Parco).The house has 4 floors and 4 rooms. The rooms are comfortable, there is room to unpack luggage, and there are many power sockets.There is an elevator in the house connecting the 1st and 3rd floors, making it convenient to transport luggage.The living and dining room is very large, enough for many people to gather for dinner, and there is a projector to connect to Netflix. In addition, there is a small hall that provides a switch, so children can have a lot of fun.There is a hot spring bath on the top floor, which is very big and big enough for 4 children to bathe together. The children like it very much.The most commendable thing is the service. One of us was sick, so we asked the building manager if there was an English-speaking doctor nearby. He quickly found one for us. He also helped us check that the clinic was not open that day, and quickly found another one for us. I was finally diagnosed and treated by a nearby doctor. I am very grateful to them for their help.

Very convenient location, near 2 stations, multiple family mart around the block, and walkable distance to Dotonburi.There is an onsen on the 4th floor, but i think we left that door open so a roach came running in. Otherwise the place is bug-free!I love how the hallway lights are automatic, as you walk, it'll turn on.Steps can be steep so be careful! Elevator helped us to bring the luggage to the 3rd floor where the top sleeping rooms were.Fantastic place to relax in with friends, the common area is aesthatically pleasing. ♡(Ps. Bring your toothbrush!)

A “luxury private inn” that is neither a hotel nor an inn.Konjakusou Shinsaibashi Solaniwa Hinoki Bath HouseI stayed with my familyKonjaku-so is any inn.This is a recommended accommodation for this time of year as you can rent out the entire building, so you don't have to meet anyone.I stayed at Shinsaibashi Hinoki Hinoki Bath House.During the Edo period, famous sake from all over Kansai was transported to Tokyo.This room is inspired by "Taru Kaisen".It's fun to see Japanese sake motifs everywhere.Rooms are spacious on 3 floorsThere are also 3 bedroomsI'm confused about where to sleep!Children are very happy with the big bedThere is a large dining table in the living room on the second floor.big projectorUnlimited viewing of Amazon Prime and Netflix for freeThere is a welcome drink of sake and beer in the refrigerator.We also have juice available.Of course it's free!Sweets and sweets for childrenHe even prepared Uncle Rikuro's cheesecake.I was happy to receive such consideration.On the roofspacious open-air bathYou'll be excited by the square-shaped bathtub where you pour sake.There are also rental swimsuits, so it's fun for everyone to join in!Amenity, hair dryer, hair iron are also available.It was so cozy that we had a take-out dinner instead of eating out, and the plates and cutlery were all ready.There is also a kitchenette, so you can cook your own meals.There's even a washing machine, so it's perfect for extended stays.It's hard to go out these daysSpend your holidays with your family in a different space than usualWe had a relaxing time and made some great memories!
